Every time I’ve been to this Starbucks, it’s busy. The Baristas are all very nice and the drinks are made in a timely manner and served with a smile. Lately, I’ve been either ordering through the app or via the drive through. It’s much quicker and time efficient. This has become my go to stop in the morning.

Lovely shop the staff member Emily is always cheerful, and the other ladies in the morning have always brighten my day. I have nothing but good memories coming to this location, though the drive-thru can be a little more congested than I typically like, the overall flow is better than most once you get to the window. I also was given a raccoon pop here once – made my entire day.

Nice location and has outdoor seating for the spring summertime. The inside is spacious and does have restrooms. Biggest issue is the wait times. No matter if I order through the app or order in store it takes over 15 minutes for the baristas to even start making my drink order. By the time I get my drink order I’ve been at this location waiting 20 sometimes even 30 minutes. Since this is the only location in the Pasadena area (unless you go out to the Glen Burnie), it could just be they get a substantial amount of orders and not enough help/ employees for the service to be quick.

Decent but sometimes they can be real rude when you want to order something from the counter or just need their attention for a minute because they forgot something. It is hit or miss. And what’s up with the hoverboarder guy flying around the parking lot. He’s a little wild, almost hit my car one day but I guess his curb trick is kinda sick.

This Starbucks is hit or miss. I don’t typically share reviews but we arrived this morning to pickup our coffees in which the store was supposed to have been open for an hour.
The door was locked at 5:55AM. I continued to knock on the door to pickup our online order and the barista behind the counter stared back at me while we waited. She did not unlock the door & let me stand there – make eye contact the entire time while we knocked.
We ended up getting in the car and having to drive around to the drive thru where the other barista apologized.

100% done with this location .Dont waste your money here go to the one across the street in the safeway if you want your drink made right. Over the course of the last 2 year this location maybe made my drink correct once. Look at the photo of my two drink orders from the two stores today left the actual Starbuck pale no flavor they forgot the shot of espresso and took 15 minutes the right safeway correct color and taste less than 2 min

The baristas are super nice and the drinks are made correctly most of the time. However, they either need to hire more staff or stop doing DoorDash/online orders. The wait is absurd, there can be 3 cars in the drive thru and it’s empty inside but it takes 20 minutes to get to the window. Frustrating for customers and I’m sure for the staff as well!

I frequent this Starbucks a lot I usually place a mobile order and it’s ready by the time I get there 😀 everyone is so kind and lovely and they always tell me good morning and ask how I’m doing yes sure sometimes the wait can be crazy but they really try there best to move things along I will say the parking lot can get a little crazy but I do like this location a lot

I order frequently at this Starbucks since moving to the area in 2022. The staff is always incredibly friendly. In my many times coming here I’ve only had one drink that needed to be remade, and even then the staff quickly remade it and were sweet about it. Atmosphere is nice, you aren’t having to yell over music to hear the person beside you, and the seating isn’t crowded. Fully recommend.

Absolutely disgusting attitude. I ordered on my app, drive thru- The girls had my coffees ready. But failed to give them to me. Waited 15 mins for them to hand me the drinks. I asked if they were ready why didn’t they give them to me. She said they were busy. Saw Busy making new orders and giving it to new arriving customers
