The 27th January I placed order accidentally in hot drink but I didn’t mean it and they did a correct drink for me . And today 29th Jan. I am happy with them again. My order is made perfectly and she add a hand drawing with funny face on my cup for first time . I love that. Everyone said good morning and make sure you hear they say have a great day when you walk back out the store. thanks for this best teamwork . Love Starbucks coffee

Baristas are always kind and the coffee is delicious. The drive thru is fast and friendly. They help me pick drinks occasionally and give great recommendations.

I usually have great experiences at this Starbucks, but my recent visit was disappointing. When I went through the drive-thru, the employee taking my order (BEN) rushed me, saying there was a long line behind me when there actually wasn’t. After being pressured to order quickly, my drink was made incorrectly, and I had to get out of my car to have it fixed. It was frustrating to be rushed for no reason and then receive the wrong order.

Do not go to this particular Starbucks. I went on 05/17 and there was a long hair in my lemonade (and before you say anything, I’m black with short coily hair). I tried to resolve this privately with Starbucks customer care, but after 10 days, they have blown me off. I enjoy starbucks, but this location is a no go.

My coffee stir had the taste of pot on it. When I tasted my coffee, something was off. So when I took the green stir out of the lid and took a taste of the coffee on the stir I got a strong chemical taste. The stir reeked of the smell of pot. This location has repeat problems with making their drinks full. I don’t know why.
Here’s a drink I picked up and it had just been made (so it’s not like the foam settled or anything) and the drink was even lower than what is visible in the picture. I sadly don’t have time to wait while they remake the drink because I’m on my way to work and so I order ahead. Online customer service is great in refunding after the fact, but that’s still a logistical hassle. I’m seriously debating avoiding this location entirely going forward.

I’m assuming this would happen at any Starbucks, but this is the location that I got my drink from and I think it’s ridiculous that if I remove the ice, this is all that I have left in what’s supposed to be a grande, mind you I haven’t drank any of it yet.
