If I could leave 0 stars, I would. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend! I had a DoorDash order to pick up. Nobody said hello or welcome in when I walked in, absolutely nothing! And I do understand the store can get busy but a simple acknowledgment would’ve been nice! I waited 7 minutes before someone finally walked over and asked what I was waiting on? 7 freaking minutes later! After multiple employees made drinks and food and sat them on the counter and nobody thought to speak. DIABOLICAL!

They gave me an ICED latte with no ice this is room temperature……. I ordered through DoorDash. When I spoke with Carey. The store manager he or she said it probably “melted” smh…… I received it with no ice.

Let me get this straight and say this was the Starbucks attached to the giant. I went looking for an exclusive cup and one of the girls whom were there just wanted to act like I was invisible and didn’t honestly care. I asked about it there were anymore cups and with a mild eye roll basically said “what’s there is — there”.
Okay cool!
So if you need to find something… Don’t ask!

The manager is great, my drinks taste good but it is so insanely slow and there is no sense of urgency. It shouldn’t take 17 minutes to get a drink you order ahead.

For the drive thru line to be as long as it was I was surprised the in-store service was so fast. The staff was friendly and courteous, the coffees were awesomely prepared. However, two points I had to subtract for cleanliness. There is no seating offered right now so there should be no trash on the floor. And if you have a spill mop it up instead of placing a wet floor sign next to it.

I often go here during the work week and everything is usually fine. I picked up my latte this morning and went to the office. When I opened the lid at my desk, I found it was only 2/3 full! I pretty much get the same order every time I go to a Starbucks, so this was pretty disappointing.

Understaffed! It’s a shame that customers who actually walk in, get the worst service. Was ignored for several minutes, before my order was taken. Starbucks needs to do something! Mobile orders, delivery and drive thru has regular customers being treated like an inconvenience!

I asked for light ice and I got a full cup. More ice than coffee SMH. Also the menu was limited in the drive thru no pastry at all.
