Very nice and spacious Starbucks and the staff is also very nice. Unfortunately, they are severely understaffed. I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready in 14 minutes which was already a long time and it actually took 22 minutes. Suggestion would be if you’re in a hurry choose another Starbucks, if you are not, this is a very nice place.

I appreciate the consistency of Starbucks across all locations, so I can’t ding the food much. I can, however ding this location on service – no, my name is not “Rol” and I ordered a venti not a grande. I even spelled my name for them. The fingernail clippings in my chair were a bonus.

I visit this location 5 days a week and more often than not my coffee is just OK BUT on 12/24 there was a young man working at 6:40am alone. He said he was by himself for 20 more minutes. The service was no slower than usual and my coffee was one of the best I’ve had from there. Kudos to this young man- I wish I’d gotten his name.

This is the worst starbucks location EVER. They have THE WORST customer service. and whoever PEBBLES is — HORRIBLE SHIFT LEAD. no customer service. They don’t greet you at the transaction window where you give your money, they don’t write nice things on the cup, and they don’t honor their promises. Everytime I visit this location not one person greets, and they do not acknowledge that there’s someone waiting for a café order. As someone who has worked for starbucks before it’s awful seeing this. Today was my second walking out of this location without ordering. I understand busy but to blatantly be ignored is crazy.

I waited 25 minutes for one drink, which sadly seems to be the norm here. When I finally got it, I paid $7 only for it to taste like watered-down chocolate. The drinks are overpriced, the wait is far too long, and the quality just doesn’t match the cost or the time. Disappointing experience.

First, we love the atmosphere of this Starbucks location. Parking can be tight during busy hours but that’s not a big issue. The store is clean, the lounge seating is inviting and comfortable enough to sit for awhile.
The two biggest issues at this particular location: the staff and wait time. There are two fantastic team members, a young woman with short black (maybe dark blue?) hair and another young woman with black hair with bangs and glasses – they are always upbeat and friendly. Today, a young woman named Mollie took our order and seemed as if our presence bothered her, which was upsetting since we frequent this location often. Mollie, in addition to seeming annoyed, spoke so softly that we had a hard time hearing her over the music and atmosphere. When we asked if she could repeat what she said it seemed to bother her more. Additionally, the frappuccino I ordered today was not a creamy iced drink as usual but instead a chunky mashed ice (see photo). I drank half and threw the rest out. Hopefully this was just an off day for whoever made it today.
Today’s negative staff experience aside, one thing we always notice at this location compared to others is the very long wait time. A large iced drink and medium frappuccino, our usual order (with no fancy/crazy requests) takes 12-16 minutes on average. It doesn’t matter if other guests are in the store or not, the wait time is always long. We never are in a hurry so it’s not a major inconvenience but if you plan to stop here before work please be prepared to wait.
We like the seating and drinks are usually very good, but staff friendliness and prompt drinks would be recommended for this Starbucks.
