came in to pick up my mobile order and while waiting I had to use the bathroom. An employee or supervisor named Crystal shouted out to the lobby near us that they are closed as I was walking to bathroom. But how would you be closed if we ordered something? She acted unprofessional assuming that we were not paying customers. Would not come back to this starbucks again for the disrespect. Also other people who were trying to study and do work had to get up to pack their bags when she announced that but then another employee stated that they were actually not closed. Very unprofessional and quick to anger. I would advise the higher up to relook into her position.

This is my go to Starbucks. I rarely have problems with my drinks. Occasionally I have asked about latte recipes. Few times I have gone to this Starbucks in a few others and my lattes didn’t taste to flavorful. And the only way to make it better is to pay for extra pumps of syrup. Which I don’t always agree with.

Very friendly baristas at this location who were clearly having fun doing their job, which makes for a great atmosphere. They took an appropriate amount of time to make our coffee, even though they were busy, they were efficient.
The music they were playing here was really nice, and I say that specifically because I have been to other coffee shops that have played music that just hasn’t been fun to listen to.

If you feel like flushing money down the toilet literally because your lactose intolerant and they can’t make the drink correctly then go to this location. They wouldn’t give me a refund they wouldn’t acknowledge me just a half-ass sorry and I have no other issues with other locations making a simple dairy-free drink right the first time and then it doesn’t matter that it’s late at night I just want my drink right and The guy probably thought I was a cop because I have ham radio antennas and even if I was a cop this is no excuse for that kind of treatment from a repeat customer I won’t be going back to this location

This starbucks was thoroughly disappointed with the condition of the store. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the floor was dirty, with trash and spills scattered about. The tables and chairs were also stained and sticky.
The counters and equipment behind the counter didn’t appear to be properly sanitized either. I saw a barista wipe down the counter with a dirty rag, which only seemed to spread the dirt around.
I ordered coffee, but the barista seemed overwhelmed and took a while to get it right. Needless to say but as well the restroom was something terrible as well.

The person who took my order was surly. The barista who prepared my latte decided to keep that a secret. So I was waiting for an order that was prepared and no one bothered to tell me. That barista then had the nerve to be rude about it when another employee tired to help me with my order. A location to avoid.

I love the location of this Starbucks, but the service has been incredibly slow (20+ minute wait for a single drink) on several occasions. Staff are always friendly, but this coffee shop could be a lot more efficient!

Great location that’s clean and well maintained. Tables and bathrooms were spotless. Drinks made quickly and WiFi is super fast. Noise and music is load so if you plan on doing conference calls here you may need to step outside
