I don’t understand the issue with adding the dry topping listed on an order. Can staff please add customized toppings on mobile orders? I have been placing mobile pick up orders to this location from time to time for about a year now. Any time my order is placed to include a dry topping, for example caramel crunch topping, it’s never added and I don’t notice until I’m at work. Once I had to remind them to add the cold foam to my drink. I refrain from ordering dry toppings here. Are they always out of stock? I was only ever notified once the time pecan topping and syrup were out. No elaboration needed as to why this is frustrating. My order is however conveniently always ready upon arrival; though not okay to be incomplete. Please fix this team. Thank you, best regards.

This location is awesome! The staff is always super helpful and quick, and my drink is always made perfectly! There was one time where there was a glitch with the Starbucks app where it took the money for my order but then crashes before fully sending it to the store. This has only happened once and I believe was a bug that got fixed with a prior update, but I explained what happened with the staff and they were super nice and helped me out.

This location is, unfortunately, the poorest Starbucks experience I have encountered. The customer service is consistently unacceptable. The staff display a noticeable lack of courtesy, patience, and professionalism, even when responding to simple questions. Their demeanor communicates irritation rather than any intention to assist.
The overall atmosphere reflects a serious failure in training and leadership. It is clear that this team is not prepared to provide the level of hospitality expected from a company with Starbucks’ reputation. I strongly recommend that management reassess staffing, expectations, and standards, because the service offered here falls far below what any customer should experience.

I am literally only posting this review for the fact that they put up this extraordinarily helpful board explaining what the different coffee drinks are. I know I could look up this info on my phone, but from a user experience perspective, having it as a decor element reduces friction and makes it more approachable for people who aren’t already die-hard coffee nerds to try new drinks.

Make sure you check your receipts. Went to order myself a single tall cold brew and was charged $9.50. The barista in the driver thru didn’t ask if I wanted to tip and instead helped herself to a $5 tip. Had to get a refund. It’s funny because I would’ve tipped but entitlement is wild.

I have been here several times and have had a horrible experience the last few times I’ve ordered. Initially, I started to receive my iced coffees with a cup full of ice and barely any coffee, so I began to ask for light ice. For my last purchase I asked for two venti iced drinks with light ice and received both drinks 3/4 of the way full. I typically just take my order and move on with my day when something like this happens but this day I decided to go into the store and ask to have my cup filled, being that I paid extra for light ice and two venti’s. When I walked in, the barista met me at the counter and I asked “Can I please have these filled the rest of the way?” And she stated very rudely that if I wanted them filled I would have to add more ice or ask for a latte and have more milk added.
This is the first time I have asked for a venti with light ice and have not received my cup full. I have ordered my drinks like this several other times.
For the prices Starbucks charges for their products, I am extremely disappointed over this and the customer service I received.

This is a joke. Twice this week I’ve gone and have received under filled and off tasting drinks. Shaken espresso venti with extra oatmilk and light ice. That’s all. No crazy mods.
It’s obnoxious that I’m paying $7 for a beverage that is always under filled at this location.

They half filled my cup up and when I asked for more sweet cream they told me no and said I should order a different drink if I want my cup filled to the top like every other time I ordered them for the past 2 years, “if they’re filling it up than it’s wrong” is what the worker said to us in a very confusing thick accent and she was getting loud with me and being very aggressive 0 outta 10 hope she gets fired
