I came on a busy day so I understand it was extremely stressful, however the way customers were treated by the older woman that worked there was extremely unprofessional. She shouted at everyone to move and had an attitude when we alerted her one of our items were missing. When i went to leave another customer said to me that woman was rude. the other workers were extremely friendly though!

The woman running the cash register was pretty rude. I felt un-welcome and as I left saying “thank you” she completely ignored me. Won’t be stopping by this Starbucks again since the one in Belcamp is now open.

Worst experience of my life this morning. Had a cheer team do mobile orders 30 mins before we pulled into the parking lot to avoid having a lot of orders at one time. Staff told the girls that they had to wait outside and not stand inside the building. They ALL ordered food and were paying customers. Very unprofessional staff. Manager included. Went to use the bathroom, toilet seats were covered in dried urine, could tell they weren’t cleaned recently and had paper towels for toilet paper, no toilet paper or
Hand soap was present. Don’t be surprised when the health board shows up.

I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for 18 years, and it’s easily the best! They always make drinks just the way you like them, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming — even when you’re rushing in for a mobile order, they greet you with a smile every time!

My food and beverages are always great, and perfect temperature. Staff is always friendly and are quick at what they do. I’ve done multiple mobile orders as well and they’re always done sooner than the estimated time (something to consider if you like your stuff hot!) I honestly wouldn’t go to any other Starbucks in the area.
