The staff are friendly and always helpful in deciding the right beverage or customizing it. I love a drive thru but will go out of my way to get to this Starbucks inside the Safeway for the staff alone.

If you parked outside, don’t worry. This Starbucks is inside the Safeway. Walk in and turn right. They sell all the usual Starbucks drinks and food. My daughter and I stopped by on a Monday morning around 9am and they didn’t have many of the breakfast sandwiches, but they did have the sausage and egg one.

There is one lady who is so very friendly but everyone else is rude. I made it very clear that I had a milk allergy and when my drink had whipped cream on it and I asked for it to be remade I got attitude.
The barista then made it with regular milk causing a reaction. Do not recommend.

Drinks are fine , but they are often understaffed. They should beef up on staff during early morning so people could stop in quickly on their way to work. I skip more often than not because of the wait
Update 09.28.17: they have significantly improved service times. In and out in under 2 mins this morning !

Asked the girl behind the counter for a cold brew, she told me they didn’t have cold brew and offered me an expresso. The girl next to her overheard and said they did have cold brew. When they brought me my cold brew, it had ice in it, which I let them know I didn’t order ice with it. She said it comes with ice, which I told her I’ve never received ice in my cold brew and it waters it down. I had to ask her to make another one which is when she turned away from me slowly with an offended look on her face. When they made me a new one, I thanked them but they didn’t respond and didn’t make any eye contact. They didn’t ask for my name either when there was a line.

They do not take rewards. I think you should remove starbucks and just put coffee. If someone is branding , fulfill the brand rewards and promotions.

This is in a Safeway — so if you are looking for a place to hang out for a little while, definitely find somewhere else!
