I usually stick to ordering teas, but this past Wednesday, I decided to use my Teacher Appreciation gift cards to order a snack for a car ride. Big mistake…I don’t know if these sandwiches are premade and just reheated or if an employee thought that serving up what resembled a refurbished couch cushion with a sun-dried tomato and a basil leaf was worth the $6.75 that I paid. Very disappointed.

i dont know why there are pics of the safeway and people saying this starbucks is behind the safeway because it is not in the same parking lot as the safeway. safeway does in fact have a starbucks stand but its not the standalone starbucks and every gps will take you to the safeway. i included a pic of where this standalone starbucks is if you ever get lost. i had to go into the safeway and ask the guy working at the starbucks stand and he told me it was by the cvs so it is actually down the street and a left turn by a cvs. now that thats out the way… i ordered pickup . after getting lost and fighting traffic for like 30min i finally made it. picked my order up in the drivethrough. the line was long and so very slow but it seems like they only had 2 workers. my order was correct so other than the wait i cant say much about service or atmosphere.

The staff was friendly and competent. We got our coffee and tea quickly, right temperature and right items. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is the condition of the bathroom. The sink, mirror and toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. Not the quality I am used to at Starbucks.

Today, Thursday May 21st 2020, I stopped by this Starbucks at 7:45am , after driving around looking for the changing color cups, the barista was very rude. I was aware that this cups were supposed to be on sale today when the stores open and when I asked this person she yelled at me and told me that she was working alone and that she had no time to sell those cups today. I don’t understand how starbucks hire people as bitter as this woman. I was just trying to spend my money on starbucks and instead I ended up being mistreated. I hope whoever is in charge of this store reads my message and does something about this bad experience.

Arrived for a Pink drink at 9:25 pm (5 minutes before closing). And I apologized to the barista for driving up last minute as I thought they closed at 10pm. He was so kind and smiling the whole time reassuring me not to apologize and that he is happy to help to the last minute!! What a great experience. Super customer service from this place and this associate!! Thank you Starbucks for this kind barista. Made my night.

This is honestly one of the rudest Starbucks I’ve ever been to, I come here all the time and everytime they mess up my drink and are rude to me, they always have an attitude and it really ruins my whole day. You could get better customer service at mc Donald’s, they definitely need new staff with an attitude change, not all of them are bad but the girls there were certainly not raised right by the way they talk to people, I could never be that rude to someone.

This is not a Starbucks in a Safeway (there’s one of those across the street.) This is a freestanding Starbucks behind the CVS with a drive thru. The drive thru is a good convenience. However the indoor sitting area not comfortable – it is small, cramped and frequently cold/drafty.
