I visited on a Sunday morning at about 10 AM. There was minimal wait for my drink. And as expected, the food and drink was consistent with other Starbucks. The location was clean and all in all it’s was what you would able expect.

After all those miles and all those stores, I’ve never come across a friendlier or more genuinely kind group of people than the team at this location. if i could give zero stars i sure would. i came to this starbucks around 11am 10/4/25 with my boyfriend to get a quick coffee. As my boyfriend was ordering the drinks through the drive through, the employee got the order wrong putting the caramel drizzle on the lemonade instead of the coffee so i quickly corrected it as he was stating the total. the manager swiftly chimes in and yells “we got it, he wouldn’t do that” and i said hm okay that was quite aggressive. as we pull up to the window. the manager hands the employee my drink and sarcastically says “oh and i put an extra pump of caramel in your drink” fake smiles, drops the smile and yells at us, “GET OUT OF HERE” there is absolutely no way that manager was talking to me. the employee at the window ignored her behavior and asked if i wanted a straw.. excuse me? hello? i was baffled as to why i was being treated that way. i immediately deem my boyfriend and i’s drink as unsafe. therefore i go inside to confront the encounter because now i feel threatened and assume the drink is unsafe. i confront the manager about her sarcasm and she aggressively stated: “yes i as being sarcastic, i was being funny.” i ask her why and she stated “i like being sarcastic” long story short she remakes my drink because i know but still feel threatened as the drink still felt off, my boyfriend also stated that his drink was also way off (strawberry lemonade). the store cameras captured this whole experience if the regional manager needs any proof. overall AVOID this franchise in montgomery village. i’ve never had an experience like this but as a warning you might be treated like this as well. i will be calling corporate to report my experience as well.

It was not crowded on weekday afternoon. Half of the indoor tables were taken, only one was taken outdoors. Three staffs greeted before and during my order and wait. The personalized drink was made promptly as expected.

My new favorite Starbucks! They have a donation box for coffee for our SERVICE MEMBERS, as well as games and coloring books for kids. It’s not decorated with propaganda. Baristas are really friendly and just doing what Starbucks does best. Making coffee and being kind to the customers. Thank you for honoring those willing to lay their life down for the freedoms many take for granted in our county today.

I have been here a lot in the last 6-8 months. I have a mixed experience with this location. The atmosphere is great and clean, workers are nice but too shy. They decided to not give out water and lock up the bathroom unless you pay. It’s not a rule that all Starbucks implements since I have been to ones where they don’t care who uses the bathroom. I like how it’s located at the shopping center and makes it convenient to get some drink after shopping.

Drinks are good and people are pretty nice, but didn’t really appreciate the barista with the long curly hair guy needing to confirm if I purchased asking me “have you purchased anything, sir?” Just so I can use the bathroom when I was clearly sitting across from him with a latte next to my laptop that I had just purchased. This Starbucks is amazing, thanks to the staff. They are consummate professionals, and curators of a very welcoming experience. I work remotely here all the time, and I am consistently impressed by the pleasant, personalized and inimitable customer service I receive, and the quality of my experience there. Wonderful location. I am giving a low rating because the back door to the patio has a gap causing cold air to come in. This is probably wasting energy in heating the place. Once someone sees and responds to this posting, I will up the rating. Hoping the low rating will cause mgmt to read this. I believe this was a faulty installation.
