Let me start with, I’ve never had an issue with this specific location. Normally everyone is super nice and respectful. I get policy changes on bathroom usage. However, this new girl Alexa, I’ve never seen there before was hyper snooty about if we already placed an order before using the bathroom. Working in a customer service oriented establishment, there is no room for that.
Once we got in to the bathroom, this is how we found it. Absolutely disgusting.

Everything about that place sucks the worst Starbucks. Rude employees. Especially the girl working there with the red neck tattoo she has the worst attitude. I have never seen a place this nasty disgusting. There’s many coffee places around, so purchase somewhere else.. Why would you purchase at this horrible and digusting place. I would like to share a very upsetting experience I had at one of your Starbucks locations in Kingsview Shopping center in Germantown MD. this morning when I asked for the bathroom code, the cashier (an Asian woman, I don’t know her name) spoke to me in a very rude manner and asked if I had made a purchase. This made me feel singled out and discriminated against because of my race and my skin color. At the time, I was clearly a paying customer. I was with my daughter and had already ordered a hot chocolate and a bagel. I am also a frequent customer at this location, which made this interaction even more disappointing and hurtful, she did Infront of other customers. The way I was questioned and spoken to made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I do not believe I would have been treated the same way if I were a different race. Starbucks promotes respect and inclusion, and this experience did not reflect those values. I hope Starbucks will take this matter seriously and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of race. And I think I never will be back to Starbucks.

Great customer service definitely coming back. Max was super nice and definitely put an extra touch to our drinks with what we specifically ordered. Very very happy. Came with my husband to have our fav drinks after a long day of work and to get exactly what you want is the best part of coming and such a mix gentleman thank you Max! 🙂

Most amazing Barista and I neglected to catch her name..she made my iced oatmilk pecan latte the best I’ve ever had ! You could even taste the hint of the salt in the pecans. As many times as I have ordered this drink thats the 1st time the flavor was so prominent and delicious ! Will definitely be going out of my way to return to this location !

I ordered a large cup of coffee with room for cream and sugar. They proceeded to fill it to the top. When I took my first sip, it was disgusting and I threw it away. It tasted like they had put a whole bag of coffee beans into my one cup then proceeded to burn the beans. Quality has really gone out the window nowadays everybody wants to overcharge for stuff we can make in a sewer system. as for the staff, they were friendly that is about the best thing I can say for Starbucks at this point!.
