I really want to love this location because the staff is so kind, but the drink quality is extremely disappointing. My Strawberry Açaí is consistently watered down, barely has any syrup, and is never filled to the top. Even when I pay extra for strawberries, I rarely receive more than three. Great service, but the execution on the menu items is lacking.

One of the most efficiently run Starbucks that I’ve frequented. Mobile orders are ready well before the estimated time given by the app and the staff works quietly and quickly. I haven’t gone in and not had my order ready; except for one time because I accidentally placed the order at the wrong place but they quickly remedied it and made my order without charge.
Parking is horrific (only street parking which is usually unavailable and garage parking) but there is a bit of street that you can put your blinkers on and quickly run in.

I am a regular customer at Starbucks And spend thousands of dollars there every year. I just stopped by the North Bethesda Starbucks on Paseo Drive and asked for the bathroom code and was told I could not have the bathroom code because I did not make a purchase there today. It’s so outrageous and gives Starbucks such a bad reputation. It just makes me not want to buy coffee from there.

Good outpost of Starbucks. Your regular complement of coffee and non coffee drinks, small bites and desserts. Friendly staff here. Seating could use better arrangement however. Parking can very much be a pain, in this congested tiny shopping center. But if in the area, it’s a good Starbucks.

Going to Starbucks is stressful!
They ask you to purchase something before giving you bathroom code when you just arrived and need to wash your hands first .
their service dog policy is not enforced and people bring all kinds of dogs inside against company policy .
They discriminate against customers who like to enjoy their drink without any pet owners cussing at them .

I ordered couple of drinks one of which was an iced chai latte. Finally the drinks are ready but the chai latte is hot not iced.
Instead of making the replacement drink right away, the barista continues with the other orders and after making 3-4 drinks finally gets to make the iced chai latte.
Mind you that this chai latte was supposed to be made with oat milk but the replacement wasn’t. 3rd time is the charm, ugh!

I’m so sad to write this review because i goto this starbucks all the time and have befriended many of the workers! My favorite part of coming into the starbucks was talking to them. However, because of new management they’ve all left. Literally all of them. Most of them switched to another starbucks. That says a lot. I hope management gets better and doesn’t make workers who have worked there for years quit. Ridiculous. It makes me not want to go at all. Get a new manager who doesn’t make all the staff quit. Enough said!

I absolutely love this starbucks! The staff was so kind. I ordered a latte but when it came out it was hot and i thought i ordered it iced. I asked them and they said i did order it hot but they would remake it. i insisted they didn’t because it was my mistake but they told me it was no big deal and made another with a big smile. the world needs more of this kindness!

I walked in when it was 90 plus degrees out and asked for an ice water. I got attitude because water is only for customers. Didn’t think I needed to purchase a $7 beverage for common courtesy
