DISGUSTING! I have purchased beverages here twice. My first time I purchased a latte with oatmilk and my second/last time a matcha latte. Yuck! The oatmilk had specks of something in it and the flavor profile of the latte was very milky. I had to ask if they used any coffee/espresso at all. Mind you, lattes are my go to beverage so I know it consists of a good amount of milk. However, this tasted like pure steamed milk. Has for the matcha latte…. NASTY! The baristas need better training. The service was okay.

I love the Starbucks on Campus Way South. It’s always a pleasant experience from the moment you walk in — they greet you right away and make you feel welcome. The manager is amazing and remembers me by name even if I haven’t been in for months, which really says a lot. All of the baristas are friendly, professional, and consistent. My drinks and food are always made correctly and come out in a timely manner. Great customer service every time!

I’ve visited Starbucks locations across many states, and I can confidently say this particular branch stands out—for all the wrong reasons. The service here is unusually slow, and the manager, who I believe is the woman pictured below, interacts with customers in an unreasonably harsh and unfriendly manner. Most of us come to Starbucks seeking a moment of calm and a good cup of coffee to start our day. Encountering such a negative attitude first thing in the morning can completely disrupt that experience and leave a lasting impression—for all the wrong reasons.

This location is an almost daily visit for me. The staff has always been wonderful, and always accommodating. Most recently they took the time to write extremely thoughtful messages on my cups, after learning of a personal challenge. Its these things that make this more than a corporate brand, its a neighborhood coffee shop with great people. Maika, Tara, Yenny and others have done a great job, and I truly avoid other locations just for the service here. Thank you so much for being great

This is the BEST STARBUCKS location BAR NONE!!! Maika & Tara & everybody just simply ROCK! Our drinks & food order is always on point & good to the last drop! On January 16, 2026, at 7:00am which was my second visit to this location 10586 Campus Way S., Largo location. When the light skin melanin (woman) cashier requested my name. I replied Stacy. She asked with an e. I replied “it doesn’t matter”.
She replied well that’s what I’m going to put on the cup of coffee for you. I really didn’t think much about her comment.
Unfortunately, that’s what she typed on my cup of coffee. It doesn’t matter. Which is 14 letters instead of leaving the e in or out of Stacey. Colorism in its lowest possible form. The manager was standing right beside her as well. I will be reporting it to HQ.

Cozy Starbucks located near Six Flags. Excellent service and tasty food offerings and coffee. Recommend the lattes. Staff was so polite and patient with my kids who like ordering for themselves.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. We paid for three coffees but received only two. When we asked for sugar, the bin was empty. It took them 10 minutes just to refill the condiment station. I went to the counter to ask for sugar directly, but the staff refused to hand it to me and said she would bring it over. Again, it took another 10 minutes, and by the time the sugar arrived, my coffee was already cold.
The service was extremely rude, especially from the short girl with the white-colored outfit. Overall, a terrible service experience and definitely the worst place I’ve been to.
