I’m the idiot waiting over 15 minutes in the drive thru line for a coffee and sandwich. Kind of “fun” the wait is tedious enough to write a review of the experience. App says inside pickup time is 9-12 minutes, so I should have parked and done that. But I’ve invested so much time waiting for the line to slowly creep forward that I’m in it to the bitter end. Can’t wait to get to way and be asked to tip on top of the $12.19 bill for my Flat White and sandwich. I’m sure some of this is the fault of fellow customers ordering many combo drinks with annoying modifications they saw online, which then they’ll take a poorly composed picture of, to get 3 likes from bored friends doom scrolling.

Wow!!!!!! The service was amazing!!!! The emloyees were friendly the store was clean and neat. Not sure what has changed the past few weeks but you can definitely tell something is different. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you Starbucks employees for putting a smile on my face today .

Both girls pictured below were COMPLETELY NASTY and unprofessional. Waited 55 minutes for a grande cold brew with no explanation or apologies while i waited. Then after almost a hour when it was done the dark haired girl slammed my drink down again with no explanation, no words at all. I took pictures since neither of them wanted to have a name tag on either. As you can see they weren’t pleasant to look at either, VERY nasty faces filled with attitudes! DO BETTER!

Pizza the way you want it. I like this location, always clean friendly and fast. You have so many options to choose from meats veggies spices sauces cheeses it’s all here. Don’t like thin crust then get the double crust. 1 warning they have a spicy sauce. It’s tasty but not for sissy’s buyer beware.

Took over 15 minutes in the drive thru and the people before us only had 2 drinks each. Got to the window and our order was incorrect and wouldn’t give us straws for our drinks. Had to wait even longer just for a silly straw.

Let’s not even mention they automatically ask for Tips now.

All the people complaining in the reviews about the employees need to wise up and start complaining about the MANAGEMENT. Whoever is in charge of this location clearly does not care about customer experiences or they’d be doing more than leaving a copy-paste comment asking for “feedback” under every negative review.

The baristas aren’t choosing to serve a popular location with a grand total of five people. They aren’t making these decisions.

I blame the people in charge. Pay your employees so they stick around. Pay your employees so they’re incentivized to care. HIRE employees so your current ones don’t get burnt out a quit, forcing you to rehire and retrain every few weeks.

Update to add: The owner should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a customer to threaten an employee in reviews.

Today’s experience at Starbucks in Dunkirk, Maryland was “over the roof”! The baristas were nice and the service was amazing. The store was clean and organized. The drinks were delicious. This was a 5-star experience.

This has got to be the SLOWEST serviced Starbucks ever. No matter what time I go through I’m waiting 7+ minutes. I’ve timed it numerous times and I order ahead. I’ve since decided not to use this Starbucks anymore

They seem to take priority over their online guests than in house guests. We waited over 10 minutes for two drinks but still no drinks, we had to cancel. It’s a shame.
