I read the previous reviews and everyone says staff is friendly, i alos notoced that a lot of the reviews were from early parts of the day. I went around 7/8 at night. The drinks are on point at this location, i just wish the attitudes and enthusiasm from the most of the employees would match. I don’t know what it is but the. 2 times I have been, you would have thought someone’s grandma passed away. No body said hi. Everyone kept doing what they were doing until after a few minutes of us standing there someone took our order. Other than “what do you want today” and “it will be out soon” no other communication. I went in again last night and pretty much same staff working. The girl was stocking food and I interrupted her working I guess cause she came over and said “hi what do you want?” I said hi how are you, no response. I asked again and she said fine. After she took our order she literally just walked away. I couldn’t believe it. At least the food got stocked though. So that is a plus. I really don’t like this location, the irony is the location is great and the drinks are good but I rather go out of my way to find a starbucks where the employees at least smile.

I am not a frequent customer, I have been here about a half dozen times since moving to the area about seven years ago, however every single time I stop by the customer service is great and they make the drinks to perfection. Whether it’s a cold beverage or hot, specialty or custom..they nail it. I was there yesterday and had the best strawberry matcha…I had to write a review. Keep up the amazing work!

I came by just shy of 2pm 07/26 and I forgot to ask for decaf espresso! This isn’t the first time I’ve done this- if I don’t write down my order I *will* inevitably forget something. I’m sensitive to caffeine. Luckily, barista Danielle had no problem remaking the drink for me and as somebody with social anxiety I REALLY appreciated it. I felt awful because it was 100% my fault but I’m so glad they could remake it for me. W Danielle!!! Give a gal a raise!

I’ve been going to the Manokeek Starbucks since it opened, and everything there is great. The staff greets me by name and knows my drinks–if I accidentally order the wrong drink, they make it right, even sometimes before I get there. It reminds me of Cheers :-). Thanks again for all the years of service; we are moving and will miss all of the great staff.
