Customer service is terrible!!!! I spend my money there almost consistently. I came in for a refund on my breakfast sandwich, and the male barista (tall, dark, and slim) decided to argue with me about how I put in my order. He was very unprofessional and entitled.

I come here every day and bring them money, but the way they treat customers is terrible. They are condescending and treat customers like beggars. The employee named Yolonda was especially disrespectful to the customers. I’m not sure what exactly her name . I’ve been to many Starbucks locations and have never seen such terrible service.

NUT ALLERGY ALERT… Went to the Starbucks for our usual drink order. Though the order clearly said SOY, my daughter start having a nut reaction. Thank God her allergy is not horribly severe! We rush home and spent the next hours with her throwing up and working to avert the reaction.

Consider Allergies when order anywhere but this was not a great day at Starbucks, AT ALL! PARENTS AND THOSE WITH NUT ALLERGIES

Who is God?
I went to Starbucks on 4/22/23 to complain about a drink they made wrong on 4/21/24. I asked for light ice and they gave me a full cup of ice. I did not realize it until I was almost done. When I returned to the store about 1:00 on 4/22/24 with pictures of the mistake. The manager told me their was nothing she could do. I should have called and came back. I did not know about the call policy, and I was on my way to an important business meeting. I go to that Starbucks everyday, and I spend on average about 15.00 to 20.00 a day. I know an expensive habit. I told the manager about how much I spend and that if she was not willing to correct the matter, I would never return. She said okay. She would not fix the matter. I left without argument. I can take my money, which could pay a persons weekly salary, somewhere else. I called the corporate office who gave me a credit. I love Starbucks, but maybe it is time to give it up. It is not good for me and expensive.

I had a bad day and decided to get a coffee at this location. I’ve asked for a caramel macchiato with drizzled caramel inside the cup. When the lady handed it to me, the coffee didn’t taste like coffee at all, but more like water. Make the story short, this lady who decided to help the gentleman was so rude when I told her that the coffee didn’t have any taste but water. The lady who served me the coffee is rude and she’s not very friendly at all. This is not the first time I have had bad service in this location. I think, Starbucks needs to rethink who to hire in this type of chain. This chain expects people who are friendly with great personalities. The customer is what’s paying these rude employees. I believe that, maybe if I’m black I’ll get better treatment and approach. I may not be black but I have a cousin and an uncle who are black.

This location has superb customer service. All the employees are helpful and the manager is so welcoming. She always greets every customer and genuinely remembers your name. So happy Waldorf has a drive thru and a large space to work/study.

They literally get my order wrong everytime I come through the drive thru. I always have to wait longer, they are nice about it, but it is extremely annoying.

I frequent this drive-through Starbucks a lot, but it’s kind of hard to access from the main roads, and this parking lot is somewhat difficult to navigate. It’s too small for all the traffic here (Chick Fil A is next door). However, the staff are always friendly and they make my coffee and food well. I’ll just say the line is somewhat slow moving. There’s typically a line and I usually spend 10-15 minutes waiting in line on average. No other real complaints besides that though.

The hot coffee is almost never hot when they give it to me. After sitting in the drive thru for several minutes you’d expect to have hot coffee handed to you, but the past several times that I’ve gone it’s lukewarm and even cold. I’d recommend sipping your drink right as they hand it to you and request a new cup if it’s not right. It sucks to have to hold up the line for something they should be ensuring before they hand it to you.

The young gentleman with the braids or locs left me at the drive thru waiting for my 2 drinks as he went off on the phone and walked to the back?! I had to beep the horn and yell for the other barista to pass me my drinks. Horrible service! She tried apologizing but it’s a Sunday at 6pm with no customers it’s no excuse!
