I went in quite late and ordered 2 caramel ribbon crunches. I work food service too so I felt awful going in so late, and ordering that specific drink, but my boyfriend was insisting. Barista was so sweet and nice and so was the manager on duty! Shout out to all of them working there! You guys definitely made my night. Thank you so so much for bring nice even though it was near closing time. This location rocks!!! ❤️❤️ 10/10

The older woman that works there, I think her name was Denna or something is pretty curt and overall unfriendly. Im sure you dont love your job but dont take it out on the customers. Everyone else I’ve been served by there seems great, but its a habit with her. I guess I’ll just drive up to the Eastgate one from now on.

Very friendly staff. Only downside is there is no drive through option. But it’s fairly quick and efficient so it’s fine. They had an excellent selection of the cups! I was so pleased because I was hunting for one in particular on the release day and they had it!!!

Extremely rude baristas where ask questions about the reward system she just said “I don’t know maybe” and went on to look over my shoulder to take someone else’s order. This Starbucks location has been placed on my black list. Paying 5 bucks for a simple iced coffee with just a few drops of coffee and full cup of ice? No thank you

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff displayed poor attitudes and appeared to treat guests differently based on race, which is unacceptable.
Management:
Apologies are not enough. Management should focus on how their staff responds to customers and take immediate action to ensure fair and respectful treatment for everyone.

My Go-To Starbucks!!! I have been coming here for years. The baristas are very friendly and professional. They expertly make drinks and focus on the quality of them. My oatmilk espresso is always on point. I love the notes on the cups, it is a nice touch of customer appreciation. Keep up the great service!

I frequently order black tea lemonades and know the taste and look of the drink.
I ordered one today and it was clearly just a black tea. I pointed this out to the staff and they said it “definitely” had lemonade. I tasted it and it clearly was not the case. Sad they are too lazy to accept mistakes and make another drink for their paying customer.
This is not the first time this has happened at this location.
