Lovely Starbucks location! Quiet and pleasant experience for my visit. They made the absolute BEST pumpkin spice latte that I’ve had in a long time! My son and I were comparing it to many others we’ve had and it was by far made the best!
They didn’t have too much merchandise out — but I’m sure it sells out really fast. It was nice to see some beautiful Christmas themed items available

Fast and friendly service. the drinks are delicious ( as you would expect) I have never done the drive through so I can’t speak to that experience but as far as “walk up” service goes, the service is great. Not too long of a wait and the staff are polite and professional.

Unfortunately, this is the closest starbucks to my job and as much as I like to get my coffee and sandwich in the morning every single time I come in this store, everybody is so rude as if I’m a bother. I never get a good morning or how are you doing. I walk up to the register to place my order and I get a blank stare, waiting for my order. No customer service. Today’s situation was I placed my order and I saw them place other orders on the table and call them out but I didn’t hear my name. I walked up and my drink order was their and a young lady placed my sandwich in front of me and said nothing and walked away before I could look up.

Riddle me this entire Starbucks super chain: If bikers are bound by by the same rules as cars while on the road how come I can’t use the drive through on my creaky old bike? I just thought I had successfully ordered when the high schooler behind the drive through microphone told me “uh you have to be in a vehicle. Can’t wait to see you up front.”. This is horrendous and stupendous in it horridly! No bike regulation without drive through representation! Three stars deducted for bike discrimination. 1 star added for the funny employee and about 15 more for that chocolate cake pop I got.
In all seriousness as a non-motorist this Starbucks is very convenient and comes with a 0% chance of getting run over on the way there.

Barista doing online orders is not following the order. Out of oatmilk and they are not telling the customer is not Starbucks oatmilk, drinks taste different. First 3 drinks came after 10 minutes but last drink we waited 22 minutes. Food was cold in the middle

Cold and the music is extremely LOUID? No wonder no one was working in here. Very empty, yet there was still crumbs, paper straw wrappings, and dirty tables. Service and drinks were as expected. Also (an fyi to anyone and aside from the review) they have a new policy where they’ll tell you to order something if you want to stay inside – I witnessed the barista tell a young group of boys.
