Every day is good day at this little hidden gem of a Starbucks in Manassas. It has all the feel of a local coffeehouse with an internationally recognized logo stamped on front—and it’s all because of the people behind the counter. The baristas are friendly, easily recognize the “regulars” by face, and go out of their way to make everyone know they are welcome. Fantastic people watching (every one leaves happy!).
I don’t come here very often now that my daily routine has changed, but will go out of my way for a caffeine (and mood) lift when it works.
If you are looking for unconventionally fast service with a smile and a personal touch, this is the Starbucks in Manassas to go to.

Specialty drinks have gotten more expensive and I rarely go out because of it. But I wanted a treat and needed a boost. This location looked like a cozy place. I’ll be sure to stay awhile during my next visit. I usually order on the app but this stop was unplanned and glad I did. Got a simple americano and was served quickly.

From a busy work day, I stopped in to grab a coffee & a light lunch. Haidden and another team member (I wish I caught her name so she can get this recognition as well) got my order in & got me out quickly & kindly! They were both so kind, displayed exceptional customer service, followed directions on my modifications to my order, my iced coffee was amazing, restrooms & store room was so clean. The atmosphere and experience is one I will remember and look forward to returning too. It’s not often enough that people take time out to write positive reviews. Giving credit where credit is due here. Great job!! & thank you for your kindness & great customer service!

I was the second person in line, and I over heard the person in front of me asked the cashier which drinks gets you a free red cup today, and the cashier said ANY drink, so when it was my turn in line I told the cashier I’ve never been to a Starbucks store, it was my first time, he just stood their and didn’t say a word, so I got a,

When they handed over I asked if it came with a red cup and the guy said no only “holiday drinks, like said on the app”
But when I go to the app it doesn’t say any drink in specific. Like I said it’s my first time here..
My very first time a Starbucks store, and really bad experience.
I think staff members should explain new customers about any offers/deals going on in the store. And explain which drinks are participating in any offer.

This location is the best. We started coming to this location when the Liberia location was under construction and have been coming ever since even though it’s farther from our house. The employees are kind and caring and always say hello and ask how my day is going.
Hélder always greets me and has gotten to know me as a person—I always look forward to seeing him when I go in for coffee and breakfast. 100/10 love this Starbucks location.

I think their bathroom policy is ridiculous. I order Starbucks every other day so that makes me a customer. Their sign should say make a purchase to use the bathroom not that bathrooms are only for paying customers because I consider myself as a customer. For the black lady that went out of her way to warn me I hope you get a raise, good job lady, you are doing a great job backing up their policies but you as a human are doing poorly. I will be looking for a better coffee shop.

I walked in to use the restroom, they wouldn’t let me at all. They said I had to make a purchase and mind you, it’s was a “girl” emergency, it old them. Still refused. I often buy coffee there too. Never coming back to this location.
