My husband and I have visited this location a few times over the course of 2-3 months. The very first time, our drinks were spot on. We had each ordered a special fall drink iced. Every time after the first has been bad. Our drinks ALWAYS taste like there’s too little espresso or watered down espresso added to a lot of milk. I know Starbucks is known for adding a ton of milk and flavor. This isn’t that. Other locations make the same drinks with a better outcome. We’ve learned our lesson. We won’t be back.

I tip everytime I come through the drive thru but last 3 times they got it wrong! If you aren’t going to put my Splenda in my drink then atheist tell me ahead of time or atleast give me the Splenda packs. I came in this time and they saw me fixing it. No more tips from me. Dunkin people aren’t able to recieve tips but they surely deserve it more than Starbucks in Camden DE!

Starbucks didn’t have any decaf coffee nor did they have any decaf chai latte. Someone isn’t doing their job in ordering supplies. I have never experience this before at a Starbucks. I can’t have caffeine coffee. So if you are only selling caffeine coffee you need to let the consumer know that before we enter your store.

I came here a few weeks ago and had very positive experience while here. More drink order was made very quickly and efficiently which was great, and the drink as a whole was very tasty (I got an Iced Chai Latte). Will definitely be back again.

My recent experience at Starbucks was frustating. The presence of flies and unhygienic conditions around the food area, coupled with untidy staff, greatly detracted from the overall dining experience. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is paramount in any establishment, and it’s disappointing to see these standards very poor.

Extremely Disappointed – Not the Starbucks Experience We Know and Love

My husband and I stopped at this Starbucks during a 13-hour road trip, excited for a quick break and the comforting coffee we always rely on from your brand. While he ordered through the drive-thru, I went inside to use the restroom. There were customers seated in the lounge area, so the store appeared to be operating normally.

Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. One restroom was marked “out of order,” and the other was locked. When I asked the staff, they said both were unavailable. I explained that I really needed to use the bathroom, and the young lady at the counter coldly told me to “go to the waffle place across the street.” I was shocked by how dismissive and unhelpful that response was.I returned to the car feeling frustrated, only to find that the two macchiatos we ordered tasted awful—completely off and nothing like the quality we’ve come to expect from Starbucks.

This visit was a huge disappointment. We’ve always loved Starbucks for its consistent quality and welcoming service, but this location fell far below those standards. I truly hope this feedback helps improve the service and uphold the values your brand is known for.

Awesome customer service on the drive thru however my cup wasn’t filled? Just because I didn’t want ice? I prefer not to have my drinks iced because it’s a bit nippy out when I start my day. Guess I’ll get it iced JUST to see my cup is filled.

everytime i mean, every time I go here and it’s multiple times a week. My order is incorrect due to the incompetence of the staff in specific staff. Continuing to take orders and taking a long time to take your order. It took me. Almost 10 minutes just to get my order complete through the drive through. And then another 15, waiting on it. And this is continuing every time I have gone to the Starbucks.

Went to the Camden Starbucks and went into the drive thru. Was immediately greeted with attitude. My husband was trying to order a dragonfruit refresher with lemonade but was trying to customize it based on a tiktok popular drink and the guy was giving extreme attitude back and started to raise his voice at us for wanting to add peach juice and cream. He was obviously irritated to begin with by just working or having someone in the drive thru. He then refused to add the cream because he kept repeating”we don’t add extra stuff in there”. We were aware and just wanted to customize the drink to try the popular blend. We then were ignored when we got to the window but made eye contact with multiple employees there. Then when we got the drink, we immediately knew it wasn’t correct. The reason we wanted to add cream was to prevent it from being watery. And this is unfortunately what we got, foam and water and too much flavoring. Half of it foam and a waste of our money.
