Terrible service. One person working and four others standing in a huddle gossiping. A few customers in the store so should be really great when they are busy. Good luck. No call for my simple coffee. No idea what was going on or where my drink was.

Overall a decent place. However I never know when to place my order. I can order it 15 minutes ahead a time and 1 of 2 things will happen. It will be sitting them losing temp for 10 minutes or I get there and still wait another 20 minutes.
Also on my recent order. Your company will charge me for chocolate drizzle if it’s not included but this location always seems to forget it’s included with the Java Chip Frappuccino. I feel like at this point they are purposefully not putting it on to save costs.
Update : I really need to stop going to this location. I had 3 drinks and 3 food items. There’s a flimsy 2 item cup holder (it looks like the location cut the regular ones in half.) It took me a few minutes to figure out how to carry my items without them falling (employees didn’t care). Overall, I’m just not happy with this location but they’ll stay in business because of UD.

Very bad service. When we first walked in no one spoke to us, but u might be thinking they were busy. but no, No one was inside or at the drive through. So me and my friends stood there for 2 minutes b4 someone spoke to us then finally took our order. We ordered two drinks and a croissant. We waited… 20 minutes for the drinks. So we finally get them and leave. But we forgot the croissant. So we go back inside and they js look at us for another 5 minutes b4 saying something to us. Very very bad customer service, especially from the pink hair girl.oh yea we both gave tips, wish we cld get them back.

Barista that took order was helpful because my wife had a couple of questions about the caramel coffees w/espresso. Bought 2 grandes, one of which was a hot chocolate (I’m not a coffee guy) for me. Her coffee was maybe 2/3 full and mine seemed to be closer to half. My hot chocolate, with and without whipped cream, is shown. Is that normal?! The hot chocolate was warm and no where near hot, but that was OK-didn’t have to wait to drink it.

Worst Starbucks i have ever been too. It’s always packed, and when it is, you’ll be waiting there forever to get your mobile order (that is IF you do). I waited there for over an HOUR and was ignored by their incompetent staff. I ended up leaving because why should I wait when I ordered over two hours prior? Hire better people and get your business together if you want customers! I won’t be returning to this location again.

I love going here. The employees are so nice and friendly. Sometimes they get busy and you’re waiting for your order but i give them praise because they are working hard to get everyone’s order out in time. I don’t mind waiting for my order but i can tell other customers feel like they’re in a rush and try to rush the employees but people need to be patient because they’re working hard to get everyone’s order ready. I love them and the environment. I love this starbucks because i feel more welcomed in this starbucks than any other starbucks i went to. Starbucks is the best.

The staff turn off holiday drinks in the morning, despite having the ingredients, because it’s apparently too much of a rush at 12?? Absolutely ridiculous, and I can’t even begin to count the number of times it’s been over an hour wait, and no one has said anytning. The store manager needs some serious retraining, and corporate needs to up the staffing hours.

i have regularly had a poor experience at this specific starbucks almost every time that i’m there. it takes eye contact with almost every worker several times before they take my order. i would like to acknowledge that i understand they’re busy and i understand they have online orders and such to work on besides the customers in their store, but it feels a bit obscure to not even receive acknowledgement after i’ve stood at their counter for longer than 5 minutes as the only person in line. furthermore, at the bottom of my drink was a centimeter tall mound of white powder. i assume that it was what was used to make my drink (or at least i hope so), but i feel like it should have been mixed a bit better before being given to me. i even tried to look past it and shake it myself, but a large amount of powder still remains. overall, i would very much recommend other coffee shops on Main Street that at least acknowledge you and take a little bit of pride in the quality of what they’re serving.
