This is a much better location than the one on Main Street. The line is always pretty long, but they have great customer service and are always friendly. I always order in the app to make my trip a little faster, and haven’t had any issues. Would gladly drive the distance to this location just because the food, portion size, and overall friendliness/professionalism are worth it.

I’ll stop to different Starbucks when traveling. They and Panera Bread are my preferred places for coffee and pastries. I wanted to leave a review on this local one that I use frequently. Some of the reviews I’ve read below aren’t even for this location, which is confusing. Anyway, for those who read my reviews and my profile, you’ll notice comments on comfort and accessibility. These issues have been a priority to me in the last few years.
In the past, I used to go inside when meeting up with a friend for coffee. Between 2010 and 2017, I couldn’t say how many times I must have ordered and picked up inside or sat inside this location! I don’t recall ever having any negative experiences. In the last few years, I have used the drive-thru or waited while a family member has gone inside. I have never had any issues with the service as it’s always been friendly.
The drinks and food that I like have been consistent in flavor. There are just a handful of menu items I like. If anything were ever unavailable, the barista would explain and see if we were interested in any other flavor, pastry, or whatever the item was. Also, our “grandpups” get pup cups and have no complaints, lol! I prefer this location over Main Street and the other People’s Plaza one inside the grocery store.

Pretty good Starbucks. My order is correct when I go to this locations. It also has a drive through, but it’s easiest to order on the app for quick wait time.

once again Starbucks fails. they can never seem to hit the reset button when they change the nitro keg, so the app says they are out at this location this error is very consistent in almost all Starbucks I visit as a corporation, I would think not being able to place an order for a product they want to sell is a big problem. Also the nitro drink that I order has three ingredients literally, almost consistently they also screw that up.
Old review: Service is almost back to normal, the best way to use the store is the mobile order and pick up in store rather than wait in the long long drive thru.
I changed my mind. I like nitro. They almost never manage to hit the button when they change the keg, so the app always says they are out of it. I get there and they say ‘oh we have it… ‘. I use the mobile app. Super annoying…
Found a completely disgusting ball of goop in my macchiato cup just after the last sip. So nice to get a disgusting Surprise like this.

I ordered an Iced shaken espresso with oat milk and thought it didn’t look right when I picked it up but hoped I be wrong. When I took a sip it tasted like they put burnt drip brew instead of espresso. Completely undrinkable so I wasted $5. Not really what I was looking for. My sandwich was fine I just don’t think this location knows how to make drinks properly.

This is the worst starbucks experience I have ever had. The barista was very rude while I was ordering but I figured it was busy so I let it slide. Once I arrived to the window she didn’t say anything to me, didn’t make eye contact, and was distracted by her coworker the whole time. She was rude and arrogant when I asked a question almost like she was offended I was even saying anything and interrupting her conversation. I would chose to drive 15 minutes further then ever return here.

I was just handed this cup full of pressed soil water (taste and visual) instead of a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Notice how the app says sold out? I figured that out after the fact. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I go inside for my order. I don’t care if it takes a while or if it’s quick. I’m more concerned with his the drink tastes. The guys there this morning greeted me and had my drink out quickly and accurately. Great job. Whoever trains and runs this store should go to the Grove in Newark and start from scratch with that place.
