I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks today! The barista, Nelcy, was incredibly friendly and patient, and she genuinely went out of her way to make sure my order was perfect. Her positive attitude truly made my day, and I really appreciated her outstanding service !!!

I visit multiple Starbucks locations, this being one of the main ones I visit. I always order a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, the past 3 times I’ve ordered this drink they didn’t put the whipped cream on the bottom. So today I figured I’d try to be ahead of the game and ask at the drive thru monitor if they put whipped cream in the bottom to which the employee answered yes. Lo and behold I get to the window to receive mine and my son’s frappes and neither of them had the whip on the bottom. Making this 5 times now, I’ve only just started counting because now I’m getting annoyed. She handed me our drinks knowing it wasn’t right. I’m a very anxious person so I’m not going to ask for a remake, I also worry about tampering. The employees at this location aren’t friendly. I’ve never met one at this location who has been pleasant to order from and according to the previous reviews it seems to be a pattern here.

Disgusting behavior. Multiple employees openly mocked and laughed at a customer’s drink order while she stood there waiting. The comments were cruel, demeaning, and intentionally loud enough to be heard. This was not banter or a misunderstanding. It was down right nasty childish behavior.
What makes this inexcusable is the response afterward. When the incident was escalated to someone higher up, the tone was dismissive and unapologetic. No concern, no accountability.
This location has a serious professionalism and leadership problem. I will be escalating this beyond the store level.

I visited my local Starbucks location today (Sinking Spring), as I usually come here multiple times per week and order the same thing. I ordered a coffee and breakfast item to which was rung in the correct way by the cashier. However, when I received the sandwich, it was not the correct item labeled on the bag. I proceeded to kindly ask if she could remake the correct item for me. She immediately seemed annoyed but remade the item. I’m not sure if it was maybe a misunderstanding (which naturally happens) but I then received the wrong sandwich again the second time. I went up to a woman at the service bar area and before I could even say anything to her, she says “ma’am, what is it that you want?” I explained to her that I received the wrong item again and she went to communicate the issue to the original cashier. The cashier immediately got defensive and told me that I was wrong. I re-explained what I had originally wanted and told her I had received the wrong item twice. She again, told me I was wrong and then went over to her coworker and was talking poorly about me right in front of me. She said “I don’t know what she wants” among other words, instead of simply making me the correct item that she had been in the wrong for to begin with. I was offered by a very kind employee to have the sandwich remade the correct way, but I was so anxious about how I was just treated that I said no it was okay, and grabbed my things and left. I have worked in the service industry for 8 years, so I know what is considered unacceptable and what is not. I was not at any point rude to any of the staff. I go there all the time and many of the girls are extremely kind and even know my name and what I order. This girl was extremely unprofessional and rude. She should not work in customer service, whether or not it was a $5 sandwich or a $500 TV, you don’t treat a customer that way. In my opinion she shouldn’t even work there anymore after literally sending a customer out of the store shaking and ready to have an anxiety attack. I’m the least confrontational person ever, so this was really upsetting to have to not be able to visit my daily store anymore. As I’m sure most employees don’t feel affected by a loss of a customer, I sure hope any general managers or higher ups see this and take this very seriously because no one should leave a place of business feeling this way. As for the other employees that work there, they are truly wonderful and they have been the reason I return most of the week!

Very clean and friendly Starbucks coffee and food location. I was pleased to see that they have vegan friendly menu items like Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. Good stuff.

Wow. Have been to this place several times now and this morning was just WOW. I ordered through drivethrough…got up to the window and was promptly told not good morning, but I can’t smoke within 25ft of the building. Ok? Where’s the sign? She shut the window. Uh.. I’d gladly not smoke in my car in the drivethrough if I knew, but I seriously didn’t see a sign. Cuz there isn’t one and she shut the door in my face without answering. She brings me my black coffee and warmed up order, and I asked again as she wants me to sign for a tip for a black coffee,…” but it’s ok to ask me for a tip and not tell me where the sign is? ” Apparently the tip comment bruised the ego so she says the manager will talk to me…. Uh ok…but could just say where the sign is.. The manager comes out , I again kindly ask where the sign is, no answer and rather says *I’m* being rude and need to leave. There is no sign, just incredibly disrespectful blame shifting rude people. *Puff* Put out a damn sign out and I won’t smoke, it’s not rude for asking where the invisible sign is. Lie about an arbitrary rule and calling me rude for asking is just being unprofessional jerks. (Edit: I’ll upgrade food/coffee review if I don’t get sick.)

Every time I go to this location holly DROPS A DRINK ON ME, is disrespectful, and is honestly a less than desirable employee. Please either retrain her customer service or please consider a new employee.
