super slow service but the employees were sweet, however the music is way too loud and makes it impossible to talk, study, or focus on anything at all. They only play K-POP and it is actually so brutal.

We had placed a mobile order and since there isn’t a option to get a cup of iced water. we went in line to see if we could get one. the barista it’s one of the older ladies there she responded really rude and unkind. She said that we have to order something and we told we placed mobile orders and just said well next time place it with your mobile order. We checked and I don’t think there’s a way to do that. But she said it in a really disrespectful tone. If we aren’t able to get the cup of water or we have to pay for it’s totally fine we would’ve understood but it’s just the fact she was rude to us this shouldn’t be happening.

Extremely inconsistent. You can order the same thing two day in a row and get two completely different things. Ventis aren’t filled all the way, enough ice to cool the planet back down, it’s a total gamble when you get coffee here

Extremely slow, and are frequently out of staple items.
Customers here are freshmen girls ordering the most complicated $6 coffees, so it takes forever.
Pour overs are not done properly, and if you dont go during peak times the coffee is old.
Many on staff are students at the university, so they’re not that good.
Not even a real starbucks, its a weird scaled down franchine location so you cant use the same coupons or order the same stuff as a fully equiped statbucks.
