I dont solely blame the workers at this location specifically, but this company general is tanking. I just paid $21 for 2 lattes and a small snack. My chai latte tasted like hot water with a splash of milk. Had to throw it out. My savory croissant had chocolate smeared on it. Extreme waste of money.

The employees are really nice and friendly. It’s too expensive i only go if i have a gift card but that’s all starbucks. Only drink i every got messed up was the Chai latte being too watery but they were great about fixing it. Every thing else has been great quality

Worst Starbucks in the area. I waited 20 minutes for coffee this morning with a crawling drive through at non peak hours (11:15am). No apologies. No hustling to get things done.

This place was pretty okay , it was disappointing to be honest. It was like half a cup of ice and essentially I paid for a tall in a venti cup. Kind of sad the people were nice but them putting all that ice was a bit saddening.

The amount of time it took to make our drinks you’d think they could’ve measured the peppermint in my mocha. The service and attitudes – awful. Five people working but only two WORKING. Two laughing and conversing while wiping the same area for ten minutes. 35 minutes for our drinks. My daughter smiled at a young lady behind the counter and she just stared at her and turned away. Glad this isn’t our local starbies!

I must say the crew in here was taught exceptional customer service skills. They’re always bright and cheerful, quick, efficient, and kind. I’m from NYC where you get the wrong order, long wait times and a roll of the eye if you mention anything loll this crew is really GREAT! KUDOS!

Very friendly staff, but I recently ordered two identical iced chai lattes with espresso. One latte was quite literally just milk and coffee, the other tasted like Christmas on crack- I think they accidentally put all the chai in one drink. My friend and I looked very silly trying to mix the two together in the hallway at work haha
