I took Oat Milk Shaken Espresso Venti yesterday and it’s so thin means there’s so much ice like literally whole cup of ice with less than 40% drink.. I had 4 pumps of syrup but still it doesn’t taste anything.. it’s more like small amount of coffee, cinnamon and some milk with lots of ice so much watery. I’m not at all satisfied with this drink Starbucks.

I ordered Brown Sugar Oat milk shaken espresso. Brown sugar syrup was at the bottom of the cup which means it is not shaken and the cup was filled through 80% only. I asked them this is not what I expected then he literally did it again showing me that he’s shaking that again coming to the window and did every step the same way which is very rude and they gave me the cup with all the syrup around it which is sticky and again 80% filled. All of the staff were so rude. When I’m 7-8$ per drink why shouldn’t I expect what I ordered in the correct way? This is the worst store with worst service that I ever experienced from a Starbucks. Also not even right amount of espresso. They weren’t able to do the one job they were assigned to properly when there’s no customers around and 3 people working!!

Can you read? When the order says no whip, generally that means don’t put whip cream in it. Instead of “put it in the bottom”. No whip means NO whip cream at all. Thanks for putting it on the bottom so I didn’t notice it was there until I was far away. Good move.

My wife purchased a refresher today and when I pulled away I saw there was part of a napkin floating in it. When she went in and showed the guy he said in a rude tone “I guess we can make you a new one?” While another employee made it he just stared at her the whole time. Strange and awkward experience just to have a drink without part of a napkin floating in it.

Why does my Americano have to be filled like this? You aren’t giving me more coffee. You are just adding water to espresso. It just spills everywhere and you cant even leave the lid off for it to cool in the car. I understand I can ask for room. When i do its either still filled like this or the employee doesnt even know where the room button is. As a general rule just stop 1cm from the top. I promise every Americano drinker will thank you for it.

Ordered Mocha frappe on app for pick up and it was full of ice and no flavor. Didnt even feel Mocha and had to throw away . Also ordered latte and still was an average. First time ordered from this location and feel totally wasted money.

Typical Starbucks but the staff is really great. Always super friendly and fast. Only issue is that the inside is the most humid Cafe I’ve ever been in. Multiple visits and it seems like they have humidifiers running and there’s clearly visible steam coming off the coolers. They need to take a look at their hvac because that’s a mild issue waiting to happen.
