Kind and working hard staffs provide prompt and good service whenever I visit.
I wish its interior is a little bit cozy and it’s restroom is cleaner. In my opinion, not only this location but also most of Starbucks restrooms are not clean. This fact always surprises and disappoints me.

At 7:30am on a Saturday they were ‘sold out of’ all brewed coffee, except decaf…. How?You are a coffee shop. When we order mobile to go, we have to factor in 20-30 min bc things are never ready, regardless of whether they’re busy or not we always wind up waiting. It’s a shame bc they’re in such a good, central location but they can’t seem to get it together, unfortunately.

We visited this starbucks on visit to Plymouth meeting. The first stop was dunkin’ we felt that was too small, then went to this Starbucks, boy, this place is small compared with other Starbucks.
The croissants, coffee and bagel were good. The service was fast but cluttered to figure out which one is your order.
I was looking for the potato special but they didn’t carry it. Good place and staff.

They made my Grande Café mocha without any flavor at all. I was well down the road before I tasted it. I called them and they said I would have to come all the way back and have it remade. very inconvenient when the drink was not made right at all.

We go to this location all the time since it is so close to our home. Most of the time everyone is super friendly and warming and the coffee is great. There is however one male employee that is super rude and unprofessional. Oddly enough we had a bad experience with him at the Fort Washington location last year. We asked for a pup cup and he lost his mind, had attitude and refused to give us a pup cup because he was busy. Today very similar situation. My husband asked for a small water with his coffee and this worked started slamming stuff and said he was too busy he doesn’t have time for this stuff refusing to give him a water. I am sure we will return as like I said everyone else is friendly but we hope to stay clear of this employee!!

To the barista that drew a butterfly on my cup this morning- thank you!!!! It lifted my spirits. I was on my way this morning to get an ultrasound because a mass was found in my breast so I was feeling “eh” this morning. When I saw the drawing, it made me smile. I love butterflies (have always loved them) and it made my morning. Thanks so much!
