I just got out of the starbucks at the town center, and there was a young lady cassidy who made my experience magical. my drink was toe clenching and i went back for seconds. she made it perfectly and i want to ask her to make me 10, for catering for my work at the office. thank you cassidy, you made my week.

It’s a Starbucks. They’ve rearranged and removed the comfy leather reading chairs in favor of a long table for more efficiency of space. The staff is always nice and I haven’t had any problems with orders. It’s in a good location in a nice shopping district.

It’s pretty much what you can expect from Starbucks. Service is good, nice space to relax or do work. Most of the time it’s very clean, and only on occasion do they need to up the effort to make it look like it should. This location does not brew decaf so it is a pour over, which typically results in a warm, not hot, coffee.

I’m only giving a 1-Star rating this morning because the app was down due to a glitch with a survey that pops up and doesn’t go away so I could not order online which is a time saver nor could I pay through the app and get points on my account. For a national company to have a glitch like this is really embarrassing for Starbucks.

I don’t usually go to this Starbucks because the few times I’ve ordered it’s very milk heavy. But my review is for the last 2 interactions that I had with this location. One day I came in there because my toddler really had to go to the bathroom and the barista gave me a hard time and my TODDLER couldn’t use the bathroom because I needed to buy something. I’ve literally never heard that the many years I’ve gone to Starbucks at any other location. The 2nd interaction I ran in before going to do a grocery run just to ask for an ice water because it’s 91 degrees outside and they also refused me ice water and said I had to buy something. I’m not sure if policy has changed but I’ve never heard any of these rules before. I’ll probably never go to this location again TBH.

♀️ ♀️ why can’t starbucks do a refresher that’s not so watered down. I told the barrista if he can add extra strawberry base and all he did was add more of the premixed watered down pitcher liquid its not that difficult… please do more training
