I ordered the banana protein drink I honestly don’t remember it being a matcha drink. But I agreed because I don’t know all the ingredients, whatever they made was horrible. No offer to make it over just attitude. It would be appreciated if there was consistency and knowledge about products and not guessing giving me some mystery concoction.

I order all the time from the location and I gotta say the in store serve is horrible. The staff don’t acknowledge you and take forever with the order even if the store is empty. It’s happened multiple occasions and my order is very simple. Waiting 5+ minutes for a drink that takes 30 seconds when the store is empty and drive through isn’t backed hi with 4 workers on the floor is ridiculous.

I went through the location’s drive through. I ordered a matcha late with oak milk and lavender cream. What I ended up with is something completely different.
I pulled up to the order window and me and the person had an entire conversation regarding my order. I initially wanted the Oatmilk Match lavender cream drink but I wanted it hot. She said they couldn’t do that. Okay, fine I thought. So she said they can make a latcha late and put the lavender cream on top. I said yes please.
Does white mocha sound like a matcha late? It’s not that the actual drink I received was bad, it’s that what I ordered wasn’t even in the same ball park of reality as what I got. Plus the real kicker is that I probably got charged more than I would have for the drink I received.
I’m just saying that a location that is right off the highway has alot of customers. I hope at least some of them get what they ordered.
If you are reading this, and enjoying my drink because they probably gave it away to someone… for free… for their mistake, I hope you enjoy it, because I can’t.
Btw the coffee was bitter. Probably need to calibrate the coffee machine.

Coffee here has been awful and there are very severe building issues at this location. Water leaking from the ceiling near the drink building station . On the bright side , customer service is good

It’s been long overdue that I reviewed the employees here. Not only are they always slow when the 2 men are taking orders through the drive-thru, but they also have poor customer service. Today, I wanted to try something different, and I asked what does the white chocolate mocha taste like, and the response I got was, “it tastes like white chocolate mocha.” I asked another follow-up question, trying to get them to answer because I mean, I wouldn’t be asking if I knew. The second employee gets on the intercom, “it taste like white chocolate, ma’am.” I chuckled and just said ok and drove off! I won’t be back!

The lid wasn’t secured on the hottest coffee I’ve ever held in my hand. I knew Starbucks has gone downhill lately, but this is wild.

Extremely friendly staff, clean store, and beverage made perfectly. Also easy to locate as a random stop off the highway. Best part was seeing the pride flag from the steet which the barista says stays up all year. Very proud and satisfied patrons today!
