This Starbucks is clean, well-maintained, and delivers the familiar experience you’d expect. The barista appeared to be new but handled our order accurately and with care. I’d definitely recommend this location, it’s conveniently situated in a central location, right next to a Chick-fil-A, making it a great stop whether you’re on the go or meeting up with friends.

The Starbucks in Malvern is my go-to spot for a little morning pick-me-up once or twice a week, and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and upbeat, and they somehow keep everything running smoothly even when the drive-thru line is packed — which happens a lot with all the nearby offices. My coffee is always spot on, and I’ve never had an order messed up. Plus, I’m a big fan of their bacon and gouda sandwich — it’s the perfect start to the day. Always a great experience here!

I went in this morning around 6:30 to pick up my go to drink. I was the only customer at that time and wasn’t greeted by any of 3 employees behind the counter that were chatting amongst themselves. I said thank you as I walking out and still NOTHING.
I got back on the road and tried my coffee and it was the worst I’ve had. I get same order all the time from various locations. They usually double cup their brewed coffee orders which they didn’t nor they put a sleeve on my cup.
The coffee tasted absolutely awful. I would’ve turned around if I didn’t have to be somewhere.
The coffee literally tasted like hot water with a hint of coffee flavor and I could barely taste 2 Splenda packets I added.
I know they are usually better, but the whole experience was just terrible this morning especially when there was not one other customer in the whole place including drive thru.

brand new location that just opened up today so i had to make a visit. even for a Starbucks… the building looked great with wide windows lining the entire dining side, plenty of chairs and tables including some really comfy singles and outdoor seating with a balcony to block the sun. the staff was also extremely nice and helpful. definitely recommend for a quick caffeine pick me up!

So disappointed in my drink today it was literally watered coffee I ordered a cold brew grande and it tasted like black water. I couldn’t even actually taste the coffee. It was disgusting. I don’t even know if I can go back after this. This almost $5.

So this was my Grande Cafe Mocha that I got at the Malvern/Morehall Road drive-thru this morning… I ordered it without whip and even said “fill it up” when I placed the order… As you can see, the cup was only about two-thirds filled… Less than if I had ordered a Tall instead of a Grande… That’s just sad & not a very good way to have me start my day… C’mon Malvern/Morehall – You can do better that that! A little more attention to detail would be appreciated in the future…
