With all the great privately owned small business coffee shops in the area like Twin Valley a few minutes away, Life’s Patina and so many more. There is no need to go here and get bad coffee and awful service. When an employee speaks on her headset to the rest of the crew ” I am going to get fired today” meaning she is about to get into a fight with a customer. That is not acceptable. When the manager comes out and just stares blankly at a customer with a miserable look and is of no help at all and also rude. When all that was needed was some liquid syrup because they failed to put that in the drink after waiting a half hour +. It is NOT acceptable. The other drink a tea did not have the milk or sugar in it. As it was ordered. It looked and tasted like dirty water. Support your local coffee shops. Do not give this corpiration your money.

I’d advise you to order ahead because they are very slow at taking orders and getting them out to you. The shop itself wasn’t very clean. I liked the layout and there was a decent amount of comfy seating. I like that they have a bookcase if you want to sit, read, and relax for a bit. The drinks and food are always consistent but there isn’t ever anything that stands out.
Nothing at any Starbucks is ever great or horrible. The price increases from Starbucks are making me feel less and less likely to go for mediocre drinks and food.

Largest Starbucks I have ever been to. It has tons of seating and large tables for a larger group. The place is nicely decorated and ample plug-ins for laptop, cellphone and other charging. The staff was friendly and the food though being pre-made was still tasty. I found the selection of music and the volume to be good to allow for discussions to not feel distracting to other people but also not so loud that you could not hear the people you were talking to. The nitro coffee was exceptional and will probably be my go to coffee for a while as it’s something I can not easily do at home and is a nice treat.

Wonderful service and space! This was my first time here & was traveling through the area. I’m a gold card member, and go to Starbucks more than I care to admit.
My drink was perfection. The staff was very friendly & I was greeted warmly. This is the Starbucks experience we all come to love & expect.
This location was very large and had lots of options for sitting. Many little areas to do work, meet with friends or enjoy some time alone.
If I am in the area again, I will be stopping back. Great store, good people, easy parking & very clean.

Ordered the overhyped lavender matcha today and got something that barely resembled the drink in the Starbucks commercial and the images on Starbucks’s website. The cold foam didn’t taste like lavender and there was literally a spoonful of foam (I order cold foam frequently so I’m fully aware of what it should look like.) unsatisfied with the product, I asked for a new one and was refused. For the record, the barista was a young AA woman with a large afro hairstyle. She was dismissive and rude and said “there’s nothing wrong with the drink.” When I asked why I got half of cup of ice when I asked for light ice, she said the amount of ice was “normal for light ice.” I felt heartbroken that I spent over $7 on such poor service and even sadder that this is what customer service looks like these days. The two other young women working there played on their phones the entire time a few customer waited in line. I will never go to this location again.

Also get delicious pastries and sandwiches, reusable cups, gift cards, bags of coffee that we can grind for you, and importantly, you get to be in an environment that we try to create to be comfortable. This is the freestanding store, not the Target one.
I have to say that this is one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to. It’s large, the bathrooms are good, and there’s a large outdoor seating area. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable – I might drive past the two stores closer to my house and come here from now on!
