I went to this Starbucks and had an amazing experience. I was helped by a young girl named Doreen, and she was incredibly sweet. I had several questions about the app and worried I might be bothering her, but she was so patient and kind the entire time. She was also the only one who smiled and greeted me when I walked in, which really stood out. There was a small issue with my drink, and she had no problem remaking it for me. She was truly an angel and completely made my day. I even wanted to speak to a manager just to let them know how wonderful she was and how much of a difference her kindness made. Amazing customer service.

I visited around the release of Wicked Part One and encountered one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. This worker was genuinely happy to be doing her job, and that gentle, welcoming energy belongs to Doreen. She was truly one of the kindest people I’ve encountered.
I ordered the marshmallow krisp treats which were AMAZING, and I also got the Glinda and Elphaba Wicked edition Starbucks cups. When I think of the ideal person to take my order, it’s Miss Doreen. She carries herself with warmth, professionalism, and care.
As Beyoncé said, “A diva is the female version of a hustler,” and that’s exactly what Doreen is. You are blessed to have her on your team. Please keep her. She’s one of a kind, and I look forward to coming back again.

Quiet spot for quick pick up and go or study solo. Used to be more populated prior to COVID-19, but now more of a pop in and out stop. SERVICE HERE IS ALWAYS TOP NOTCH!

This has some of the worst service of any Starbucks imaginable (which is saying something). Baristas move at a snails’ pace and glare at customers, literally daring them to complain. Drinks are made with no love, no joy. It’s corn syrup, over-roasted coffee and under-steamed milk.
Somewhat saved that its lobby offers a good place to stop and sit. But seriously — do yourself a favors and go literally anywhere else.

I went to the Starbucks many times and never had a problem however, today I went there and I left my order because the lady in the front was so rude. I asked her to heat up my sandwich. She handed it back to me in the wrapper I told her no I want you to heat it up, please and she gives me an attitude and says I know then the other girl went to wash out the cold foam cup and splash the entire line of people with milk water And when I said oh my God, we just got splash water. She was like OK so what do you want with an attitude understand two people are overwhelmed working because they were messing up everybody’s orders . It would’ve been fine, but the rule attitude is unacceptable.

She’s so helpful she always repeats my order to ensure it’s correct. She makes sure to tell me about how to save a few cents by bringing my reusables which is awesome in my opinion. She also taught me how to use the mobile app. Forgot to mention Alex has the prettiest smile!!!

Ordered a couple of Frappuccino drinks and three treats. The treats were good. The drinks, on the other hand, were poorly made. Many staff members were present, but several of them were just standing there while one or two made the drinks. I was hoping to get a good drink after waiting a long while, but I was disappointed. 🙁
