Staff lost our ticket and was rude when asked after 20mins of waiting. Asked for less ice on a refresher drink, got more ice instead. One staff was bossy and commanding to customer instead of apologizing for missing a part of the order. Mistakes understandable if with good attitude but certainly disappointing if handled with rudeness.

A new DRIVE-THRU Starbucks!
This place is the perfect location, design and size to handle this area. If you are tired of the Bryn Mawr store spilling its line out into Lancaster Avenue, this is the place to go.
Brand New.
The drive up like can accommodate 15(?) cars before it becomes an issue on Lancaster as opposed to the 4 at Bryn Mawr.
Staff is awesome and friendly.

Ordered the cheese and fruit box. A couple of grapes were spoiled. Threw those out and ate the rest. Within three hours I developed fever, diarrhea, chills, body ache and nausea. Awful.

Every time I go to the store, they employees are rude. Inpatient with the customers, especially Margaret. Yes, I hope I got her name, correct. She was rude to me. She did not believe my $100 bill was real And she kept it up and down like I’m from the bad lands in Philly. I’m one of the richest parts in the mainline And she treated me like I was a dump. I don’t appreciate the customer service. I will be sure my friends and I will go to other places Where we are treated with respect

Super nice staff, and my drink is always done correctly. When I frequent a Starbucks, I am willing to pay extra as long as my drink is made correctly! They never disappoint. 2 restrooms, always clean. Ample parking and long area for drive-through as long as customers are mindful to drive in flush left.

Ordered a chai tea, was served a latte and told repeatedly that it’s the same thing. Had to show them the item in the app. Rude and condescending the entire time. In the end paid 2x what it should cost, waited forever and was served the wrong drink a second time with attitude. This is literally a cup of tea we’re talking about. Would like to just be able to tell Starbucks that your people need more training but can’t really do that. So I guess it’s Google
