This location is always clean and the staff are super friendly. My drinks are always made right, and the service is quick even when it’s busy. It’s a nice spot to relax, get some work done, or just hang out for a bit. Definitely one of the better Starbucks around the area!

This is the best Starbucks i’ve been to. I normally go through the drive through ,but i have occasionally went inside and i’ve had a good experience with both!
Every person that works at this Starbucks is the nicest and goes out of their way to make you smile ! The line always goes fast no matter if i’m inside or in the drive through. Its my favorite starbucks and i’ve always had a wonderful experience here!!

I love this Starbucks. I use the drive through and very rarely go inside, however, every employee that takes my order is super nice, friendly and professional. The service is always done with a smile, which truly makes a difference when your starting your day.

I stopped in to use a $10 gift card that was given to me. Decided to get a dubai chocolate bite. That thing was so damn dry. And I also got a Bacon Gouda & Egg sandwich and the sandwich was absolutely tasteless had zero flavor to it. Whenever I get food I expect to have food that actually tastes good not flavorless and certainly not something that is dry as heck. I only took a few bites of the Dubai Chocolate Bite an it was unbelievable how dry it was. I enjoy trying Dubai Chocolate things and this by far was the absolute worst Dubai Chocolate item I have ever gotten. I won’t order anything from here even if I was paid to get anything from here ever again so dissatisfying.

if anything the service was horrible. I’ve worked in the food industry and I still managed to provide good customer service, even on my worst days. I come in, and go in line, one of the girls there took my order without saying anything ? I mean cmon am I a dog ? no hello no nothing!! like i’m sorry am I the one supposed to greet the employee ? am I the one making the drink? I am actually sick of service like this it’s exhausting, it makes me feel like i’m an inconvenience. I understand how stressful things can get but I mean seriously it doesn’t hurt to provide basic customer service.

This is a super busy location. Good service, but expecting a long wait. Order ahead if you don’t want to wait.
They have all the standard drinks , food and merch that Starbucks offers.
Inside: Open space with adequate seatings.
I cannot comment on the cleanliness of this location given the crowd I ran into and did not get a good chance to take a look at the cleanliness of this place.
But I did observe two spillage while I was waiting for my drinks . One was a spill of a milky drink all over the pick up counter, shortly after someone spilled entire container of Matcha powder on the floor.
2 restroom stalls on site, which is convenient.

I left the Starbucks without my coffee because the girl taken our order we waitted the time for my grandchildren’s sandwich’s the coffees came about five if not more later as we were waitting for my coffee in the case was just a large coffee cream and surger hasn’t come as we waitted longer we couldn’t wait any longer as my grandchildrenn would of missed their flight so I left without my stuff,
Now there were people coming and going at least the few I seen and drive Thu was getting their orders but yet it taken more time then it should of taken to get our stuff and when we did we got one thing at a time, oh and also they never taken my name so we had to guess what was ours and what was not! But surely my coffee never came out,
I’ll never go back there again I’m still so mad I payed and had to leave my coffee there, this is by far the worst Starbucks ever

I paid and waited at the counter ignored for 20 minutes. I asked about my order because I had to go to work, and that they could refund me if they couldn’t fill my order. I was told by the girl at the counter that I was at the bottom due to “Starbucks Algorithm “ that app orders and drive in took priority. Meanwhile, there was no one else at the counter waiting. She then said she would move the order up- waste of my time and money, worst pistachio latte ever- ended up dumping it. Starbucks, La Colombe puts you to shame.

I think some training is needed at this location—on how to make drinks and how to communicate with customers. I ordered a caffe misto from the app and i guess the barista didn’t know how to make it because on the first go around I was given a black coffee. I took it back to get what I ordered and he took my cup but said nothing to me. About 5 minutes later I went back to the counter to ask if they were making my drink. I got a short answer from another worker as if I shouldn’t have asked if they were making my drink. When I got the second one, there was no foam. I didn’t dare go back a third time to get the right drink. Not the best experience.

While I’m not a Starbucks regular simply due to cost, this is the best location when I do treat myself. I typically go about 5am, the morning staff there is great! Friendly and very awake that early which sets a great tone for the day. I usually mobile order, it’s ready on time and accurately. I love the impossible breakfast sandwich, only place nearby (and open that early) with a high protein vegetarian option.
