Brand new beautiful starbucks. Clean. Airy with lots of light. Nice patio. Staff was friendly and my barista today was brand new and only 1 week into her training but she made my iced pecan oatmilk crunch latte with apple syrup perfectly. She was very kind. Job well done!

I’ve had two poor experiences here. The first time, the coffee machine was broken so I got an Americano. It was so bad that I couldn’t finish it.
The second time I came, I had a light roast coffee that was burned – truly impressive. Very gross. I think they do this on purpose to upsell regular customers.

I’ve found the employees to be very friendly and hard working. They are constantly in motion!
I appreciate the fact that I can lower the shades myself for the times when the sun is shining on my computer screen.
An unusual observation – I appreciate how an employee automatically washed her hands after blowing her nose. It is little things like that, and clean bathrooms, that show well trained employees and attention to detail.
My only (minor) complaint is that the outlets under the seats are hard to reach. 1st world problems, lol.

I really want to love this location, but the wait times are always extremely long. Half the time I end up at dunkin because I just know my kids school drop off will be delayed due to a long line and an ever longer wait time at the window.
Please work on making drinks quicker, you have potential. Please- if anything else – we come for the coffee – idc if you smile or not, just give me quicker service.

Ordered the smallest size gingerbread latte this morning in the drive thru. First of all, $6.10 for the SMALLEST size is ridiculous but even more ridiculous is that the beverage had ZERO gingerbread or coffee flavor. I had others taste it as well and they agreed. I know this is a new location and there’s probably a learning curve but paying that much for something that tastes just like hot milk and sugar is unacceptable. I will stick with my six dollar box of Starbucks gingerbread coffee K cups and make my own beverages from now on

Update, Aug 2025: Due to continued awful experiences at this location with service, downgrading to 1 star. I would avoid this location. It is not set up for success or being run well. It’s embarrassing.
Went here for the first time. Really like the location and atmosphere, especially the outdoor seating. But, the service was disappointing. The staff was not personable and my order of two drinks took 11 minutes form ordering, which is way too long. Maybe it’s because it’s a new location but that needs to get better and the staff needs to be more friendly.
