They are so rude I always get my coffee the same way and one of the workers told me that it’s not made like that and my cup is left with my coffee not all the way and the guy that was next to her were laughing at me because I asked why is it not filled and I find that very disrespectful I just wanted to get a coffee for work but now I rather go to the Starbucks that’s alittle long then go here those too we’re so rude. Why should I pay for a venti if they are not going to comply

Lea, the Store Manager is absolutely the best Store Manager of all time. This is such a busy Starbucks but she and her team are always working hard to provide the best customer service and create a lively and happy vibe. My drinks are always made perfectly and served with a smile which always makes my day better. Today Stevie and Skye were working the drive-thru and were super friendly and positive. Such a delightful experience today. Thank you!!!!

Hi, I usually love this Starbucks location because the drinks are super consistent, which I really appreciate. Lately, though, I’ve had a disappointing experience with the brown sugar shaken espresso. I’ve gotten it two days in a row, and both times it tasted off—bitter and not balanced like usual. It also looked much darker than normal, almost like there wasn’t enough milk added. I’m hoping this can be addressed, because I’ve started going to a different location just to get it made right. Thanks!

They consistently get me and my boyfriends order wrong in drive-thru. They’re not complicated drinks. Whenever i order the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso it isn’t completely filled. This is the only starbucks i’ve been to that does this. They were not busy when i placed this order. It’s frustrating that I’m paying 6 dollars for a drink that isn’t completely full. I understand it’s only a little bit that i am missing from my drink, but why not just top it off with more oat milk. I also feel as though they are putting too much ice.

Every time I come here they get the foam wrong. Why the foam? I don’t know. But I have a dairy intolerance and asked for no foam, they altered the drink to have little to no dairy, but then still added the pumpkin foam. And I didn’t have time to go back so a waste of $6.10 and my coworker gets a free whatever this is. Happens all the time like please y’all just PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOAM

It’s disappointing that it takes so long to go from the ordering screen to getting my order here. I could walk into Giant, Target, or the old Starbucks in Dtown faster then sitting between the order screen and getting my coffee. Probably because they don’t start making your order until you’ve paid. What a waist of time and a good location.
