I came to this Starbucks several times and every time I come they have failed. They need to go to Main Street and train with the staff there like Liz Venus Victoria, Gabriella Bella these people get it right all the time ninth Street needs a lot of improvement. The quality is below standards. It’s a zero. I asked them to add water to it, and all they did was add water to the top and not even shake it. Terrible place !

The young girl at the register was so sweet. Her name tag said “Quinine”, and she helped me through a kind of stressful situation. My drink tasted funny and it was missing a topping, so she said, “We can remake it if it wasn’t good,” and that alone made me feel welcomed. I explained what was wrong, and she went to tell the barista what needed to be fixed. The two girls in the back made a disgusted, annoyed face, which honestly made me feel like I shouldn’t have spoken up. But the cashier told me, “It’s been kind of busy, but we’re remaking it,” and she even tried to make conversation with me. She was obviously nervous and shy, but it was really lovely to see someone truly care about upholding good customer service. this happened last week. Late review!

This is my new favorite location! Every time my order is made perfectly, (signature and blonde are different espressos….) everyone is so kind!!! I went today and the girl said my name like we’ve known each other forever. The kindness of everyone is like a breath of fresh air. Truly. Everyone is so kind there!!! I’ve gone to that location multiple times and each time it’s someone new but the service is awesome each time. Truly cannot recommend this location enough, definitely one of my new fav locations!

Service was fast and our server was very nice. The cortado I ordered, except for the size, was not a cortado. It’s my favorite drink at Starbucks and I’ve ordered it at many other locations, but at this location, it was a miss.
It’s a brand new location so I’m willing to give it another try at some time.

I’d like to start off by saying how kind the staff is. They usually write small messages on the cup and have friendly tones when speaking to customers. On the other hand, the drinks do not look like the picture even if they do taste good. I believe the staff should get more training on how to make the drinks more like how everyone knows them to be.

As a Starbucks junkie, I can easily say this is one of the best ones I’ve ever been to! The drive thru attendant was very patient and kind as I looked through their new holiday menu and even helped me with ordering my new favorite drink! 100/10 would recommend!

On my visit, I attempted to add an item at the drive-thru window after ordering at the speaker. There were only two cars behind me, yet I was told this could not be done because there was a “line.” I was instructed to either go inside or re-enter the drive-thru, which shows a lack of basic customer service and flexibility.
The larger issue, however, was the charge for a simple drink I order for my young daughter: a tall cup of water with a single scoop of strawberries. At every other Starbucks I’ve visited outside this area, water is free and strawberries are charged as a small add-on (about $0.50). At this location, I was charged $5.75 for what is essentially water with fruit. This is not a tea, latte, or any other custom beverage that would justify such a price.
If this store is intentionally ringing this in as something else to increase sales, that is misleading at best and fraudulent at worst. Customers should not be overcharged for something so basic, especially when it contradicts standard pricing at other Starbucks stores.
I request that this matter be reviewed immediately, that the district manager responsible be held accountable, and that a correction is made to prevent this from happening to other customers. Please also provide clarification on Starbucks’ official policy for pricing water with fruit add-ins.
