I realize this is not a review of this location but rather a specific product. I’m so tired of everyone hanging “Dubai” on chocolate products to make them seem somehow out of the ordinary. That said I wasn’t expecting anything special other than a quality chocolate treat. We’ll damn… this product should come with a venti size drink just to help you wash it down your gullet. The only thing “Dubai” related might be the dry, desert sand that must be used to make the product. This thing is absolutely awful. Save yourself the disappointment and just get a brownie.

I’m really disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location. As a regular customer, I’ve tried to be patient, but the issues have become consistent. My drinks both hot and cold are made incorrectly more often than not, and it’s frustrating. On top of that, the customer service has really gone downhill. Requests are met with attitude, and the way responses are delivered feels rude and dismissive. As someone who comes here often and as a paying consumer it’s disappointing to feel like my business is a burden.

I hope management addresses these issues soon because this used to be my go to spot but its becoming more of a hassle.

I am writing to bring a concern to your attention regarding a recent visit to your Starbucks location. I frequent this store and typically use the drive-thru to place my order. During my most recent visit, I handed the employee my card for payment after scanning my app for points. Normally, I am offered the payment device to complete the transaction myself, but in this instance, the employee processed the payment inside.

After receiving my drink and card back, I wished the employee a good day and left. However, upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed that an unauthorized tip had been added to my transaction. I want to clarify that I have no issue leaving a tip when given the option, but in this case, I was not presented with that choice—the tip was added without my knowledge or consent.

This experience has made me feel uncomfortable using my card at this location. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and ensure that it does not happen again, either to myself or to other customers.

Customer service must of had a rough morning. Cashier was not the friendliest. Restrooms need cleaned up. Ordered a caramel macchiato with a extra shot and caramel at 120° and taste like just regular coffee. Will not go back there and takes a lot for me to say that. I have had better at rest areas.

I tried to pick up in-store at Hazleton location and the workers refused to let me in to pick up my order as i see its sitting on the counter after they took my money. This is complete bullshit. They’re making me drive-through. The point of the app is to make it more convenient and quicker but not up here these people all need to be fired. After sitting in line for 25 minutes they refused to remake my order very unacceptable

This Starbucks barista made really good drinks, but they had 3 people and one in the back who were trying to maintain serving the customers from the drive thru, online, and walk in. Which cause a slight wait
