The last three times these people load the already EXPENSIVE drinks full of ICE to the top and drinks were not even full. It’s been like this lately so that you can get smaller portions!!!! Yup they do!!! Sickening!!! Felt ice full to top for over $7 drink!!! Time to get it somewhere else!

I usually always love coming to this Starbucks, staff is always friendly and quick service. I especially love that Starbucks is dog friendly and offers pup cups until today. They would not give my dog a pup cup. I look forward to these trips to include my dog in my Starbucks run as this makes both of our days. Very upsetting the lady at the window refused to give one to us and disappointed our precious pup and I as a regular at Starbucks. Will be choosing other Starbucks going forward.

Drinks are ok, sometimes inconsistent but mostly good. Needs a bigger parking lot to address the traffic backup and aggressive drivers blocking the roads. They have waiting spots but don’t send people to them so drive through wait times are up to 5 to 10 minutes sometimes. And just starbucks as a whole, needs more drink flavor options because the good flavors are holiday ones that get taken off menu. Nothing wrong with the service though, everyone is always nice.

Really wanna take the time to thank the staff from this location. I had asked if they could write a special note on the drink I had gotten for my sister. They fulfilled my request and made my night in one trip, they were also very kind and courteous. They definitely deserve employee of the month for going above and beyond. Thank you❤️❤️❤️!!! (Not gonna include the whole note, but very cute!)

Best Starbucks in York!!! I’ve come here probably 10 times to get an iced oat sugar brown milk espresso milk shaken and it’s always one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. They’re also always very nice and I feel so bad because they’re always packed and I am definitely contributing to it :(. But I try to be a good customer so it doesn’t give them stress. Also the last time I went and I was waiting for my drink a lady was basically standing on me (pictured) and someone was having a feast (also pictured). I love it.

I love this store not all of them are great but this particular one the employees actually care and make your coffees or whatever exactly the way you want them. My all-time favorite is the caramel ribbon crunch you’re doing a great job watching him I can hear him playing on the steps
