Ordered a latte with caramel sauce at 1:11 pm before I checked out my items at bjs. The latte i actually wanted was sold out, which is a daily occurrence at the Norland Ave location. I went to get gas after – had to wait one person ahead of me at the pump. Filled my tank and then went to Starbucks. Over 12 min later and they had not even started preparing my drink! Was pissed and got a rush job and shitty tasting latte. They did not even seem busy. Do not understand why they are always sold out of certain ingredients, seems like a missed opportunity for whoever is doing the ordering. The caramel brulee latte is consistently sold out every day by mid to late morning – just stock more product. You will make more sales!

I’m from Knoxville, Tennessee (home of the Volunteers) and I stopped by this Starbucks en route of a road trip odyssey. One employee, by the name of Heather, provided outstanding quality service and I really valued having authentic conversation with her. It’s folks like her whom I love having good quality conversation with. Plus, it takes something special inside for folks to come to work so incredibly early with such a true spirit of service, that Heather provided.
If you’re reading this Heather, much respect and appreciation for listening to my stories with an open mind, and especially for choosing the path (of authenticity) that you’re apparently on.

I went to this Starbucks in the fall. We ordered two hot chocolates, and we got warm milk. Not even any chocolate, just warm milk. To make matters worse, it was 6am and we were heading to the airport. I would not go here again, and I would not recommend buying hot chocolate from here.

Delicious Frappuccino. Recommend the white chocolate peppermint. Very friendly and helpful employees. Has low top and high top tables and chairs. Has customer restrooms. The parking lot is a little small. They have a drive thru.

Absolutely FANTASTIC mobile order! Friendly customer care and support staff at the window every time I come through Waynesboro’s Starbucks! It’s refreshing by far when greeted with such great service and quality! KUDO’s STARBUCKS Team! Great way to make a customer feel important! Everyone everywhere regardless of industry should treat their employees, customers, and clients with the Mary Kay Golden Rule… simply image they have an imaginary sign around their neck that reads, “Make me feel important.”
