Never any line but always have to wait. It was a bogo deal excluding drip coffee and hot tea. Order two drinks an ice coffee and a refresher. Charge for both and said refresher was not including in the deal but the sign doesn’t say anything about refreshers. There’s times when I go and just stood there. No line and the barista just pretends to be busy and ignores you until you leave. Better off just going across the street to the other Starbucks.

I order from here alot as its pretty close to my house. My favorite drink is the London Fog Tea Latte. Its almost always made right at this location unless someone new is making it. I got the cinnamon coffee cake today which I actually didnt care for. It tasted old. I usually enjoy most of their bakery items and breakfast sandwiches.

I absolutely love Starbucks and they’re espresso and coffee. It is a little on the price of your side so I usually only go when I either have the extra money or my other coffee shop is closed which rarely happens but I do get my fair share of Starbucks. I love to just buy their ground espresso as well because I think that’s amazing! But I have to say they’re tumblers and coffee mugs and their iced coffee machine I bought 3 years ago still works to this day I love all the things that you can buy there I like that you can buy the Starbucks tumblers I have so many of them and I’m obsessed I would buy that whole store out lol. But Starbucks is definitely equally as good to my other coffee shop so I have to say I’d be happy going to either! The customer service is great. I would say the only bad thing was that they didn’t let me tip one time when there was only one girl in there and she was working her butt off and I tried to give her a tip and the manager basically said no wouldn’t let me tip her and I just didn’t think it was very fair but we were going through covet at the time she was there putting her own health at risk and instead you wouldn’t let me give her $5 I didn’t like that policy.

I ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich with no cheese and when I received it I saw pieces of cheese on it. When I addressed it with staff they told me to peel it off. I asked them to remake me a new one and I heard them making fun of my request with their backs facing me. Once I received my order, it was a sausage sandwich. The customer service is not there at this location and no quality of what they’re doing. They just want to complete orders as fast as they can. It’s quality over quantity that this location is missing.

Don’t go to the Starbucks in the Giant. They overcharge you for your drink, and will take forever to make your drink. You are better off going to the Starbucks across the street, they won’t over charge you, and can make a drink in a decent amount of time.

Shout out to the girl who was working today at 3:30PM and made my Venti Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha. She definitely knew what she was doing and even put Lt ice despite not requesting it but it was so good! She made it really well and was very prompt and nice 🙂
