Don’t pay with cash here. The bill was 10.82. I handed the lady a 20 and a 1 in hopes she’d give me back a 10 and change. I was handed back 9 and the change was thrown all over the drive through because the girls fine motor skills haven’t developed yet.

My husband started having a coughing fit that he was practically choking so i went through the drive thru(no one was in line) asking for a small cup of water just to help my husband. I was told I had to buy something to just get a SMALL cup of water to HELP my husband who was COUGHING non stop. I’ve gone to plenty of other Starbucks and have gotten water for FREE WITHOUT needing to buy something. Luckily we were able to drive to Wendy’s wuickly to get FREE water to help out his coughing fit! Ridiculous you can’t get a small cup of water for free. This Starbucks location is definitely money hungry and isn’t compassionate or helpful! Shameful!

The Tip culture is obscene and out of hand at this location. They will break their arm getting that machine into your vehicle and pretty much ask for a tip. They really need to just take my card and make the payment- please stop putting your POS System in my truck. To the employees, if you feel you need to make more money, than that is between you and your employer; you dont just expect tips for doing your job. A tip is a discretionary and optional amount that a customer gives in recognition of great service….making the coffee IS the job- not the “great service”. Do you tip the janitor? No, but he probably deserves one. Tip culture has gotten nuts and this location is the worst.

Nice starbucks located inside of the Tanger Outlets. They have a drive through as well which is convenient and quick. Easy stop to make when visiting Hershey and all of the amenities there!

The drive through does a lot of the business here, and if you order inside from the cafe, you’ll be second priority. So, just expect to wait a little longer than normal.
The drinks always come out consistent and as expected.
The trash was piled high in the trash bins, but the baristas were hard at work. So, it was no fault if their own. It just seemed like they may have been understaffed for the volume of customers they handle.

The staff at this Starbucks is amazing! They’re always upbeat, friendly, and full of energy—even during the busiest rush. I go out of my way to come here because they consistently get my order right, and it always tastes great. Truly the best Starbucks around!

First off this place does a disservice to Starbucks everywhere. The service is completely awful. The young lady taking the orders Cameron, is really rude and disrespectful. She kept staring at my friends and I. Like I get it’s better to hire younger people because they’ll work, but she needs an etiquette class, didn’t anyone ever tell you it’s rude to stare. She stated they didn’t have a Trenta cold drink size which isn’t correct, I asked about bagels and she was just quick and rude. Like speak up even if you’re having a bad day you can’t be rude to your customers. Good luck if you have to give your order with Cameron. Also I used to be a barista, and yes sometimes it’s annoying, but when you come to work you need to show up and be pleasant. Hope this young lady has a better day.

Good service if you get there early in the morning. Gets really busy after 8 am. Ran out of cold brew but suggested an alternative.
Edit: went back multiple times after this review and have been satisfied every time. Would recommend. The seasonal pumpkin cream cold brew is a must try.
