Went through the drive through. Man was kinda short “what’s good” no please no thank you. Then “what’s next” get to the window and the drinks came out well. Just a lot different service the other Starbucks I’ve been too.

I was inquiring about not receiving my points in the “offer” from my app inspite of showing proof of following the qualifying factors, twice. I went two different days and ordered the same qualifying order and still didn’t receive my points. When I asked the barista she directed me someone else who seemed to have had an answer before fully hearing me out. He was quick to dismiss me by telling me to call Starbucks because there is nothing he could do about it. It was now the last day, so I wanted to ask how I could show proof over the phone and what was the phone number I should call. I didn’t get that chance because as soon as he was done talking, he walked away and didn’t come back.

Delightful opening day , had to check it out word to the warning although it is wheelchair accessible the single manual entry door by the ramp opens out from the left so a wheelchair has to pass the door and turn around to go in if somebody is holding the door for you you can’t pass them without driving off the curb . In every other way it bright friendly and welcoming , fresh coffee pastries and munches . The bathrooms were new and first rate with Accesible sink & toilet and nice sturdy grab rails for transfers . I did not check the WiFi well there but did see a customer using his laptop , so I’ll assume it’s there .

terrible customer service! we ordered iced drinks and they gave us hot and when we told them we normally get them iced she said they normally come hot and then just stared at us instead of being accommodating and remaking the drinks. instead we had to reorder and pay AGAIN because this lady did not care at all that they got our order wrong. the second lady we dealt with when we went around again was much nicer but we def wont be coming back anytime soon.

I’m appalled by the management here, I found a hair in my drink and took it back, the manager appeared to be annoyed , not apologetic. Not even an apology, told me slide my card for the refund , handed me the receipt and shut the window. If I found a hair in one of the customers drinks I would be apologizing trying to making things right, how are you annoyed I found YOUR beard hair in my drink?!?

I don’t usually leave reviews on Starbucks but man I just had to with this one. For some reason this all female staff seemed to have an attitude. I dunno. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience i enjoy from a coffee shop. I worked as a barista so I’m well aware of what good customer service looks like. Please try to be a bit more pleasant and friendly or conversational. I guess I’m not alone cause three other reviews on here mention staff being “rude” and one saying they had an attitude. lol not sure what it was about but hopefully they’re in a better mood next time. It’s rough working Starbucks I know. Nonstop busy and hardly anyone tips like other coffee shops (which they def deserve!)

3 stars for food, ordered the bad dragonfruit drink, delightful only issue was I asked for the ingredients and the staff member stared at me and said “Bones??”……..
5 star for service, person helped me, I think his name was Rest Lessdraugr.
2 gold for atmosphere…… Very grim….. Was it necessary to hang the bone chimes outside the store???? (Picture of storefront and the bone chime I was talking about below) Like seriously!!! I could’ve sworn I saw a Mud Crab or whatever they’re called in the bathroom unprofessional….

Ordered a coffee through the mobile app to pick up through the drive through. Was practically yelled at because I didn’t use the voice box to announce my arrival. No “good morning” or anything. Just really rude “here’s your coffee”. I still love Starbucks. But damn. I don’t need to be reprimanded for not using a voice box for picking up an order that I already paid for.
