The Baristas are all so charming, nice and helpful! I usually order a couple lattes for me and one for a coworker. Mostly always made correctly lol (we are all human) and are always ready on time for me to pick them up! Place is clean and beautiful. Smiling faces as I wait to pick my order up at the counter. and the staff are always kind. I love this new location and I spend way too much money here now that it’s close to home!

Just left Starbucks across from BK. Put a mobile order in and forgot cold foam. Realized we didn’t hit it on the app by accident. Asked the girl if she could add it on and acted like it was catastrophic idea! She says “You need to make sure you added it properly in the app, best I can do is give u a cup on the side” Then proceeded to hand my wife a side cup of the sweet cream which was basically like a cup of milk. We stop at Starbucks almost everyday in Niles and Cortland (Home Starbucks). They go above and beyond for their regulars! Definitely won’t be going to this 1 much! I’ll have to try the one in the square by Bob Evans! Horrible attitude from the girl working the window at 6:25 pm on 11/23. D
UPDATE: Just left there at 9pm on 12/13. Young ladies were amazing since we got their at the very last minute. Had to change my score for this store now! They were super nice! We thought this store closed at 9:30 like our old Starbucks. But it was 9pm. They literally had no issue filling our order and they did it with a smile!

Just went through the drive through to grab my mobile order and the two women who gave me my drinks were so sweet it made my day and I decided that I should write about it! It’s so easy for people to complain that it’s not talked about how much kindness goes! My drink was great and experience was too.

I live 15 miles away from this store. Lots of nice coffee shops between my home and this location, but I’m drawn here, so it’s a destination . I’m retired so I can enjoy the seating area. Appreciate the low-key but engaging music, and the general calmness. Staff are universally friendly and prompt. I’ve never experienced an error, inconsistency, or slow service. I think of it as “my” Starbucks.
Maybe this is true at other locations but getting warm water immediately from the restroom hand sink is noticed and appreciated!

Staff is awful. Don’t bother asking for any customizations, as they are always ignored. What’s worse is the staff makes you feel like you can’t ask for them to fix it to what you ordered as they get visibly annoyed. Interior is filthy, tables were empty but had spills and crumbs everywhere. Floor was filthy.

I am an in-store coffee buyer and this store has very attentive in-store service. They are friendly and will quickly fix any problem. Mercedes and Shoko are two of their Caritas who go the extra mile to make the store experience excellent.

I used to come 2 or 3 times a week, before work, but I’ve been disappointed with the egg box quality (ordered for my lunch). Now I just go across the street to Mcdonald’s for their two and one deal and make coffee at work. I don’t need to be lectured about the fact that I drink my coffee through a straw.
I order the egg box because I work at a busy doctor’s office and sometimes we don’t have time to go out and get something to eat.
This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience. 1st moldy and 2nd was crushed grapes and the “Core” of the apple was included. And, something weird was on one of the eggs so I didn’t eat it.
I tried to get refunded. They said NO. Bye Starbucks…

My drink was fine, but it doesn’t sit well with me when most the staff don’t greet me or pretend not to see me. They avoid looking to the front or if they do see me, they quickly look away. They didn’t even call my name when passing me my drink and didn’t wish me a good day like they’re supposed to. They also know who I am, but after leaving the company, I get treated like a stranger. However, a huge shoutout to Shoko for always making me welcome, no matter what and for always being so kind.
