Don’t waste your time here. We were the only ones in the store and it took 3 people 5 minutes to take our order. I asked for very light ice in my shaken horchata espresso. It came out full of ice and not shaken (despite that being in the name?). I asked politely for it to be made as I’d asked (it’s a $6 drink). The older woman had a horrible attitude and rudely replied that if there wasn’t that much ice, that there would just be a big empty space. Since I’ve had this drink before, that was made properly, I know that’s not true. I couldn’t believe my eyes when my remade drink came out; it had the same amount of ice and was missing almost 3 inches of liquid (I included it in the pictures). 6 dollars for not even 3 inches of a drink that was still filled with ice. At this point I just gave up

I recently learned of Starbucks’ new policy to restrict their employees from masking. I consider this not only harmful to Starbucks’ employees but an absolute affront to public health. Starbucks, why would you not support a barista masking if they choose to, which would only improve customer experience by lessening the spread of communicable disease? I feel completely disrespected as a customer when Starbucks does this. Please revoke this policy.

As much as I love a cold brew with a flavored foam on top. I have discovered not all Starbucks are equal. You must be very specific in what you say to them. Also some stores are ridiculous with the ice. I don’t want a 6 dollar cup of coffee flavored ice. Plus give a tip. But, when it’s done right it’s worth it. It’s not a 50/50 deal. Had more misses than hits.

literally waited 25 mins the DRIVE THROUGH with only 4 cars in front of me and when I finally ordered, the barista gave ME attitude bc she just couldn’t comprehend my order and finally did after the 4th try. Then when I asked why it took so long she closed the drive through doors immediately and went to the next person. This particular location is a joke and are not professional. Also why is it taking 25 mins with 6 employees???

Waited 25 mins in line, missed the prompter to order and was told by the barrister to go back in line again to order because she couldn’t take our order at the window. Don’t waste your time here. There’s another coffee joint across the street where the people are nice, the coffee tastes better and they have their stuff together.

Friends, Poor service = poor management. If the employer treats workers with respect, better pay, health/safety standards, more backup, I promise the coffee gets better. Starbucks can afford this, but stays trying to cut corners, so the workers and customers end up getting shafted, then blame each other. Soulless Management is the true culprit for the mediocrity.

On the morning on August 23rd, the male employee whose name begins with Ga and the female employee with blue hair were making fun of and imitating customers who were coming in. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Won’t be coming back. Who hired these kids, and who is in charge here?

Stopped to get a drink on my way to work and the lady at the drive thru window was incredibly rude. I don’t usually leave reviews for places but it was hands down the worst experience i’ve had at a starbucks. She was talking to someone while I was trying to pay and she was holding the portable pos machine too high and kept lifting it higher while audibly sighing. She also just had an insanely rude attitude and was very snobby/stuck up. The drink was made well, but I will find a different Cranberry location to stop at.

Ordered a caramel frap and had to wait and watch as they helped three people that came in after me. Also didn’t put whipped cream on top. Didn’t even bother to ask for it since it had already taken forever.

This place is doing illegal activities and charging people, Tips without telling them and then when asking for their money back are told too bad. They are doing illegal activities stealing people’s money.Putting tips that people did not agree to on their bills. And then not even giving them a receipt to see why their five dollar coffee now costs ten dollars. I’d really like some input on what you are doing to your employees? Are you reporting them to the police for doing such illegal activities?Cuz as someone who is a manager of said restaurant, you are legally obligated to press charges if people in your restaurant are breaking the law.
