A good starbucks for the most part ! The people working are pretty friendly and do their job as fast as they can despite how busy it gets and usually do their job pretty well. A lot of merch here as well and the drinks always taste amazing. My only complaint would be is that a few times my order has gotten messed up but not all the time, and I do understand because that has really only been the times where they have been super busy where the line is almost to the door. I recommend going to this starbucks when it’s not too busy but still a good amount of people are there. Also, to the workers, you are amazing ! ! Dealing with that many customers seems like a hard job, but thankyou for serving us here at SRU 🙂

My daughter and her friends were told to get to the back of the line because they had a large order. So they waited in line once and had to wait again. When they finally got to the front they were asked, “What do you want?” I’m calling when they are actually open and someone will be fired.

Shouldn’t take 25 minutes to get a grande cappuccino out. Need to place faster baristas on staff during busy times. I was here on a Saturday home football game weekend.

Service here is surprisingly good. For whatever reason, their hours of being open seem random. Maybe I’m just crazy idk. You also can’t earn stars with the app or order ahead here. The coffee tends to be good though, best in Slippery Rock probably.

Pretty good coffee on campus. Also has a plethora of other stuff if you’re into company merchandise. However, the place is always packed when you come in for something, so don’t go if you have somewhere to be

What can I say.. It’s a Starbucks.. I am a white female 28 yes old chances are I practically live at this business lol. I enjoy this store… It’s a small drive through and it’s never extremely busy.. I can get in and out relatively quick. Good idea to look up menu online though.

Honestly I love coming to Starbucks on campus here at Slippery Rock because it’s incredibly convenient. But it’s very inconvenient when they meIss up your drink 3 times in a row. I’ve personally worked for corporate starbucks for 3 years and if I served drink’s they way I have been served I would have been fired in an instant. I give props to the student workers for dealing with as many customers as they get but my iced tea shouldn’t taste like water, my iced coffee with creme shouldn’t taste like just creme and my caramel macciato shouldn’t have espresso shots on the bottom.

Slow long lines you don’t go here to get anything quick the coffee is good and people try to be friendly but it takes forever to get an order not like a traditional Starbucks and they do not accept reward points if you have a gold card

One of the disappointing Starbucks !
You ask for simple coffee with cream and sugar – they can’t event do that thing right .
Staff is not polite .
Most important ::: why you don’t have a Wi-Fi here ????
