This was the first Starbucks I have visited that has never failed to give me a wonderful experience. All of the baristas are always happy and smiling, they greet you the moment you walk in the door, and they are patient and respectful while serving you. My drink always comes out perfect and no other Starbucks makes it just how I like it. This location is doing it right! The atmosphere is relaxing and the store is always clean and stocked. I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often!

I ordered a Venti strawberry cream Frappuccino w/ added caramel crunch which cost an extra $.50 and did not receive it nor did I get any Strawberries swirl. Lame. Not worth going there. And I had to wait 10 minutes for it.

Joy is a wonderful barista and much like her name, is always pleasant to be around! The other ladies are equally wonderful, pick up on customer patterns and recognize their regulars by name. The little messages they write on my drink cup genuinely make my day better. You never know what someone is going through, but their consistent kindness makes a difference.

I’m immunocompromised, so I usually use the drive thru, but the line was long and slow, so I decided to go in wearing a mask. No employees were wearing masks, which is pretty normal these days, but then I discovered they aren’t ALLOWED to wear masks unless they are currently sick…What kind of policy is that?? If they are sick, they should be resting at home, not serving me food and coffee!! Let them wear masks so they can avoid getting sick in the first place! I would feel safer going back if this policy changes, and I’m sure employees would feel safer too

Unless you have a mobile order or are in the drive-through you will wait at least 20 minutes in line the people in the store are the last on the priority list. I just walked in there was one person at the register in front of me and waited 17 minutes for my drink while they filled all the drive-through in mobile orders not to mention the drive-through set up is a whole mess There was absolutely no room in the parking worst experience at a Starbucks by far ever good drinks awful service

I always order an extra hot caramel macchiato at this location when I am in Butler, once or twice a week. Over the past couple of years, the drinks have been consistent and very good. However, something has changed in the past month. Three of the macchiatos in the past few weeks had weak coffee and almost no caramel taste. I finally took the last one back and had it remade. What’s different? New employee? Smaller proportions of coffee grounds and caramel syrup? My Starbucks K-cups at home have better flavor than these last few orders. Very disappointing.

Not sure if they’re understaffed or what the problem is, but waited in the drive-thru for a half hour and there were only 5 other cars ahead of me. And there isn’t a way to get out of line. Once you’re in line, you’re stuck. Worth it to drive to the Gibsonia location, or better yet – go somewhere local like Cummings Coffee or Vintage Coffeehouse.

Love Starbucks and the staff at this store. My only “complaint” makes me sound like a grump – but the music is way too loud. It’s hard to have a conversation or sit to do work. Maybe move the speakers to staff can hear it better without being so loud?

I love Starbucks but I’ve ordered too many drinks from the Butler location specifically that have been made wrong, very disappointing especially when the cost of coffee drinks are high to begin with. This has happened even when I was the only car in line, so there’s no excuse that they’re too busy. Please, either slow down and pay attention to what you’re doing or teach the ones making the drinks to make them correctly.

Did every single drive thru order before my carry out order, waited 25 minutes for a single coffee when I could’ve waited in the the 20 car drive thru and been done faster. People here have no accountability to their actions.
