The girls were so nice and helpful. This is definitely better than both of the starbucks in Uniontown! I got what I always used to get when I was little. The passion fruit tea/lemonade!

Mostly positive experiences I go everyday basically and its great. Not gonna lie though I told the lady with the half blonde and half black hair (like a good vs evil thing going on) I wanted a stopper for my drink and she corrected me by calling it a splash stick with a perky upbeat attitude. Kinda pissed me off. She also said I should tell them at the intercom I want it instead of at the window with the same dam smirk on her face.

A variety of coffee choices as everyone knows. However the friendly staff was helpful with my few allergies so that I was still pleased with my drink. And the cranberry pastry thing was really good.

The Mount Pleasant PA Starbucks on Bessemer Road is the absolute best out of the 6 Starbucks that are closest to me. It is the farthest and I will drive there because it is the best!

The air conditioning isn’t working and the store manager and the district manager do not care. The baristas are suffering and are being forced to work. You need to do better and the baristas should be able to speak up about the problems in the store. It was 85 degrees and the manager would not even submit a ticket for the ac to be fixed.

Edit: they fixed the ac but this review is still staying

This is such a nice location. It’s my preferred Starbucks. This isn’t the Starbucks of turtlenecks and Seattle rain… this is the Starbucks of the present and the future!

very upset about writing a review but i was asked to by the girls here!!! I absolutely love this starbucks but one girl in particular is super super rude to my mother every time we go together!! She gets smart with her and says sarcastic remarks and even called her a name!! I don’t appreciate people talking to my mother that way!! i will keep this girl anonymous unless it keeps happening!! but other than that every worker here is super friendly and they always make my day before work in the morning!! especially the girls working the drive thru around 7:30-8:00am!!!

Great addition to the Mt. Pleasant area. Easy access from main roads and quick drive-thru service. Everything was as expected at this spot!

Once again I call to make sure they have what they need to make drinks and I am told “Yes, we have plenty” so I took the time to drive all the way here just to get told “we don’t have the stuff to make that drink”.
Unreal, don’t lie to people; that’s so messed up! What a waist of a 20 minute drive and gas! Get it together Starbucks!

I went inside to order a hot drink in my personal cup, I even verified size (16 oz grande) with the cashier – Haley at the register was very confused as to what was going on, if she had simply said she was new etc I would have cut her some slack but there was no explanation as to why she didn’t know how to ring up a drink. I mistakenly asked for a “refill” (I meant I wanted a drink in my personal cup – I had no idea Starbucks gave refills at all so I was really confused when she kept saying that’s only for cold drinks etc). I had just walked in, I never ordered previously so why she interpreted this as a refill of another drink I’ll never know – then she rung up the wrong thing even though I kept saying a hot chai latte in my personal Starbucks cup – she then gave me a price 5 bucks lower than I’m used to, so I insisted she had it wrong and reiterated a hot chai latte – she then said well it can’t be a refill I said I don’t need a refill I just want a grande hot chai latte – she then rung me up for an iced chai latte (the whole thing was that I wanted it hot so why she then rung it up iced I’ll also never know). I was naively confident she had it right the third time I said what I wanted but then I saw them making the iced drink – I interjected that I couldn’t fathom where the disconnect was but I wanted it hot as I told the cashier many times. Luckily the barista corrected the issue – but I sadly won’t be going into this stores inside area for awhile until they’ve trained their employees better. I understand it’s a newer store but it’s been open quite a while now. If a customer has never had a drink your employees should know they aren’t issuing a “refill.” The customer, as they say, “doesn’t know what they don’t know” and it’s is quite literally the employees job to know how it works…..
