I stopped by this Starbucks and ordered a simple Chocolate Cookie that was already prepared and sitting in the display case. It should’ve been a quick 10-second handoff, but I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes. The staff didn’t seem organized, and no one acknowledged the delay. The cookie was fine, but the service was way too slow for such an easy order. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I went inside to order my drinks and ended up waiting approximately 25 minutes. During that time, several customers who arrived after me, including multiple drive-through orders, were served first. Additionally, my vanilla iced latte with sweet cream foam had an unexpected strawberry flavor, which negatively impacted the taste and overall experience. Unfortunately, due to these service and quality issues, I do not plan to return to this location.

Atmosphere is nice, very clean inside too. The service is always great too, I’m welcomed warmly and so chipper everytime, even at 5:30am which I love.
When they first opened my coffee was made correctly and breakfast was good but I gave 4 stars because the last four visits the coffee I got tasted like I was drinking nothing(two iced coffees, one caramel macchiato and one whit chocolate mocha). There was no flavor and hardly even a coffee taste either. One of the times I got a caramel macchiato and it tasted watery and not like caramel at all. I don’t usually get a lot of flavoring but it was almost as if they didn’t put any flavoring in it. The food I got was bland but okay, not expecting much from a Starbucks.

slowest service. i placed a mobile order and they said it was ready 15 minutes later, which wasnt a problem. until i was in there and my coffee in fact was NOT done and had about 10 more customers get their drink before me who had ordered after. i waited an additional 20 minutes inside before leaving. i get people are new but have a sense of peoples time and urgency.

I come here regularly and the service is never consistent. There was even a day that I ordered didn’t go through on the app so I tried to order it. The window and the lady just told me to come to the window because I’m there every day, when I got to the window, I was frustrated as if I was trying to get something for free when I had my app ready to go to pay for my order because obviously it wasn’t processed. I left that day without any coffee because they made me feel so terrible. It was the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever been through in my life all over a mistake. The drinks are never consistent, but unfortunately, I feel like they know that they are the onlyeasy to get two copy establishment in the area so they don’t care. They don’t pay attention to any of the modifications that you put on your order and when you bring it to their attention, they don’t care about that either. Unlike any Starbucks I’ve ever been to if I could give zero stars I would.

I made the mistake of deviating from going to Coco’s. I walk in, take a look in the pastry case, and it’s riddled with fruit flies all over the pastries. I wait, I wait, I wait some more, I left. Turn around and see a guy with 2 dogs in the dining room. Gross. The staff were friendly and did greet me, but the wait times were forever, there were flies literally on the food, and they’re letting someone with multiple animals just sit there. No thank you.
