I normally don’t have issues when I order through Doordash. However, today I recieved half my order. I ordered 4 items and recieved only my drink and cookie, not my food. My latte was also supposed to be a decaf with oatmilk and nondairy cold foam (what I ALWAYS order), but it is definitely not oatmilk! I am lactose intolerant and immediately got sick from whatever milk they used!!!! Please be more cautious! I spent $9 on a GRANDE due to the alterations I had to make for it to be nondairy. NINE DOLLARS!!! Just to get half my order and become sick! I understand accidents happen, but please be more cautious in the future! Also, not just with the milk, but with the espresso too. I have VERY bad caffiene sensitivity. So this makes me worry about whether or not they will use decaf when I order it. This is the first bad experience I have had like this. The bag also said “Bag 1 of 1” on it so all of my order should have been in the bag. Honestly, should have been in 2 bags because I ordered 2 oatmeals, a drink and a cookie. Disappointed!

I ordered a latte and for some reason they gave me a cup of milk. I figured that maybe it was an issue with Doordash so I got credits to try and fix my order.
They put the cup in the bag sideways and the dasher showed up with a soggy bag. I don’t know if this was done out of spite or just another mistake. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Since starting school nearby at WCCC I’ve tried to travel around and familiarize myself with the area, including trying different restaurants. This is the second Starbucks I’ve visited around Greensburg and it looks quite new. It was a quiet Thursday and I wanted to take advantage of a 50% off deal. Inside was very clean and the workers greeted me upon entering despite being busy with a few drive thru orders. Only three people were seated quietly talking. I ordered a venti white mocha which was good as always. This location has plenty of parking and is located on route 30 by Westmoreland Mall, Live! Casino, and plenty of other shops, so lots of traffic but it didn’t take too long to get in and out.

This is their “light cream”, and it isn’t a one-off. 3-4 in a row now that look exactly like this. I used to come here often before I moved out west a few years ago, and it was previously one of the most consistent Starbucks I had ever been to.

I had quite the experience with Starbucks recently. My first visit to a location left me frustrated, as they made my order incorrectly not once, but twice, even after I specifically mentioned I couldn’t have cold foam due to my dairy allergy and they merely scraped it off. Feeling defeated, I decided to try another location, nearby, and it was like night and day.
At the East Gates location, I was greeted immediately upon entering and informed that I would be helped shortly. Olivia was the one who assisted me, and she was a breath of fresh air. She kindly listened to my previous experience, and without hesitation, offered to remake my drink.
Talk about setting the mood for a long work day. This location deserves recognition for its clean, organized service and kind customer care. 10/10!

Two things: one, please stop writing on your cups with Sharpies. When customer go to take a drink, all they can smell is the Sharpie. Two, I don’t know why this location has such difficulty with making drinks, but they are rarely made correctly. Most recently, I got a caramel macchiato, which is typically a sweet drink, but there was only the faintest hint of caramel, like maybe they touched the bottle of caramel to the cup and a little drip got on the rim. It was so bitter, no caramel. And of course I’m a ways down the road before it’s cool enough to even taste. The only time I ever go to this location is while we’re out and about in this part of Hempfield and my husband doesn’t want to drive to the infinitely better Greengate or Latrobe locations where they know how to make the menu drinks. Why doesn’t this location know their basic drinks? Twice my drink tasted like a chemical cleaner so badly I threw it out. Even my husband tasted it to make sure it wasn’t just me and he said, “Don’t drink that.” Please get someone from corporate to come retrain this location.

Always pleasant staff, greeted with a smile.. Drinks made well, taste perfect every time. I’m not one for change when it comes to Starbucks as I’m not a big coffee person so the Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher is my go-to. While I’ve tried a few other items, this drink is addictive. My little on the other hand has tried a decent variety of items; favs include Iced White Chocolate Mocha & the Pink Drink.
The food though, leaves little to be desired. Most if the sandwiches we’ve tried presented with a mushy/rubbery bun, meats are typically from frozen, all of which makes it all of fair in flavor. Cake pops are sweet, “Birthday Cake” had a slight coffee flavor which turned me off as I was expecting an actual “cake” flavor. Therefore while I grab my drinks at Starbucks, I’ll hit up another place for my eats.
